‘Bluey’ is a home from home. Reliable, solid engine with a cosy interior with lots of natural light. Plenty of head space (my husband is 6ft1 and can stand up comfortably.
The van has two sliding side windows, off grid solar setup and 12v and 240v sockets so you are totally self sufficient. A kitchen with a fridge freezer, hob and oven, two roof vents and a king size bed (mattress will be included in the sale). There is dimmable lighting, heaps of storage under the seating and under the bed, and a cassette toilet which is brand new.
We bought this van a year ago off a lovely guy who built and crafted it himself. He travelled in it for 3 years prior to that from Bristol all over Europe without a hitch. We really do love this van but are expecting another baby and sadly, it is now not big enough for 4 of us so would love to pass it onto another owner who can enjoy it as much as we did.
The engine is in great condition with just under 64k miles. We are the third owner of the vehicle and when it was bought to convert it was previously a disabled school bus so has had really thorough care in its previous life before the conversion and since. The owner before us replaced the front and rear brake pads which still have a huge amount of life left in them, in addition we have recently had it MOT’d and it passed easily with two small advisories.
Electrics. 3 solar panels, 1000W Inverter, MPPT charge controller and two 110Ah batteries.
Water system, 70L water tank with water pump and accumulator.
Insulated with 50mm board all round walls and 25mm board in the roof, vapour barrier and sound insulation too.
This van is 20 years old so has some imperfections, there is some damage to the passenger side door bumper which I can share further pics of on request but its purely cosmetic. The vehicle was sanded down and repainted by the previous owner not long before we took ownership, hence why we named him Bluey, our son also loves that show so seemed right!
Viewings and test drives welcome, open to offers and price is negotiable for the right person but we would like to sell it for more or less what we bought it for, which is the listed price as we need to put the money towards our growing family 🙂 .

Kingsize Bed – Memory Foam Mattress
We comfortably slept three of us in the bed (my son was 1.5 at this age) – if you wanted to use the front seat as a bed this would also be possible with a topper.
