A unique, contemporary van conversion perfect for any trip away. Fitted out with everything you need for an off grid journey to a comfortable holiday with solar panels and a diesel heater. Lots of storage space under the fixed bed and in the seats, as well as the kitchen units. This has allowed us to fit all home comforts within the van, including our bikes, kayak, other camping gear etc. A full description of the conversion is outlined below.
We bought this van in March 2021 as a newly converted van, and it remains in fantastic condition. We have loved the last 2 years of regular trips away and will greatly miss this van, but need to sell it due to expanding our family. We know that the van will continue it’s adventures with a new family who love it as much as we do!
There is a dent in the bodywork, just next to the rear left wheel. This does not cause any issues with the running of the van, and is simply cosmetic. Please request photos if required.

2 new front tyres, new brake pads and wipers in 2022
Layout:
– Bulkhead to separate the cab from the living area.
– Kitchen with wooden worktops, sink with domestic tap, fridge, fixed double gas hob, and under unit storage. Lovely tiled kitchen wall and magnetic utensil hooks.
– Living space finished with a laminate floor. One opening window above the sink.
– Two fixed seats with cushions and storage underneath, and a pull out wooden table.
– One small overhead kitchen cupboard, and a large overhead shelf. Two spacious storage cupboards next to the bed.
– Raised fixed bed including a mattress, and an air vent above the bed area.
– Huge garage space under the bed, which fits our bikes, kayak, additional camping gear etc. There is a small doorway set at the bottom of the bed base, which leads through to the garage space, allowing for easy access. This is also beneficial if you have dogs.
Insulation. Heating and Sound Proofing:
– Fully sound proofed and insulated – 6mm black foam sound proof liner, with 100mm thick eko loft insulation and a layer of foam underlay under the cladding.
– Diesel heater stowed underneath one of the fixed living area seats, easy to access and expelling hot air throughout the van and the living space.
Lighting and Electricity:
– LED spotlights over kitchen and sleeping area. Solar panel lighting next to the bed. Fairy lights around the van, battery operated.
– Two wall plugs, plus a set of 4 plugs which pull up from the kitchen worktop, plus 2 USB connection points.
Other:
– 2 water containers under the sink, for clean and waste water. Extra water carrier also supplied.
– Portable, collapsible dustbin.
– Spacious cool box style fridge.
– Portable toilet with cleaning supplies. Toilet tent also provided.
– Main van door locks from the inside. Steering wheel lock also provided.
– Storage boxes
– Electric hook-up cable supplied
– Includes kitchen accessories – utensils, cutlery, plates, bowls, chopping board, cups, pans, kettle, toaster, place mats, coasters, jar for tea and sugar.
– Fake foliage decorates the kitchen area.
– Blinds on kitchen window and back door behind bed.
– 3 seats in the front and a reversing camera

Fixed double bed with mattress, above large garage/storage space. Possible option to convert fixed seats into 3rd bed.
