Little Bedsies (Wild With Consent)

Overview
Great Langton, North Yorkshire
Grace Fell

Located in a serene setting on the banks of the River Swale, this site is a real hidden gem. Head down through the trees to a field planted with cricket bat willow trees, nestled into a meander of the river and hidden from view by the woodland. Park up by the trees and walk down to the river to explore and enjoy the lovely birdlife.

Spend a relaxed afternoon swimming in the river, walking along its banks, and watching the sunset in the distance. Fly fishing in the river is also available: just get in touch with your host to make arrangements in advance.

There are several great nearby pubs, and Kiplin Hall – a historic Jacobian house – is only a stone’s throw away with a tearoom and garden walks. The site is just 6 miles from the A1, so offers a lovely secluded spot with quick access if you are on a longer road trip.

Access is down a stone and grass track which can be a little steep in places, parking on grass.
