After enjoying views of the sunset from either of the windows, whilst sitting on the comfortable L shaped sofa; on the fixed double bed with the back doors open or closed; it’s time to turn the breakfast bar into a cocktail bar.

Now it’s time to chill, watching the day turn to night over a few glasses of wine or the option to turn the sofa area into your private cinema lounge! Within seconds the sofa can become the prefect area to put your feet up, sit back with the all-in-one projector showing your favourite movies. Simply unscrew the projector and reconnect in the bedroom for a smaller cozier cinema experience.

Layout & Design

The first thing you will notice is the amount of space the interior has. Even though it has three primary areas: bedroom, kitchen/bar & lounge/office.

Bedroom
Bed size: width: 135cm Length; 172cm (same width as a double, 18cm shorter)

Kitchen and Bar Area
One of the standout areas of this conversion is the kitchen and bar space.
2 x 1.4m oak worktops in the middle section of the van. One side is 600mm in depth and as well as the aforementioned items consists of appliances including:
• 1000mm of work top to prepare meals
• 4 draws & under fridge storage
• A 1200mm length x 20cm wide shelf that runs above the kitchen window.
• With a wide walkway (700mm) there is plenty of room to maneuver between the two worktops
• 4 touch dimmable lights

On the opposite side is the breakfast/cocktail bar area which includes
• 1.4m in length & by 430mm width worktop
• Fixed to the counter a Swan Nordic one press coffee machine

Lounge
The lounge area is the most versatile of the areas, it can be easily transformed into various different seating/lounging positions.
It has a window either side so there is plenty of natural light. The lounge space includes:
• L shape sofa
• Office- with Sofa, oak table and foot rest
• 3-4 person table (L shape with a removable oak table 600mm x 500mm)
• Lounge area/bed for 1-2 people (L shape sofa with bed extension and cushions)
Whichever layout is used, the additional materials i.e., tables/bed extension have their own storage locations so there is no clutter lying about.
There is also storage space under the sofa and the single seat/footrest

Roof

Garage/Rear storage under the bed- assessable from the back doors
This is where you will find the outdoor hot/cold shower.
This section is where a lot of the main van services are stored. These include:
• 6kg Propane Gas tank
• Victron inverter charger + solar control, Bluetooth link
• Sureflo Water pump
• 2 x deep cycle leisure batteries
• DC / DC charger
• 12V and 240V Fuse boards

Storage for the table and space for more personal items if necessary.

Cab Area
The bulkhead has been removed and blocked using a stud wall, this was due to practicality, to maximize storage and reduce the weight of the van.

This gives the cab a more relaxed feel when driving as you are not distracted by looking into the camper area. It also gives the living area a much more personal homely feel, as you cannot see through to the cab area.

Although a LWB it is extremely easy to drive, being a VW.

The Cab has had a brand-new alpain sound system installed, stereo (DAB & Maps). It has also had a new reversing camera fitted that links up to the Alpain stereo.

The van is fitted out with an impressive alarm/sensor system fitted by VW

There is storage under the passenger seat.

VW Jack is also supplied under the floor.

Summary

This van is a second home, but on wheels, a lot cheaper & with no stamp duty. You have the benefit of going all over the UK and once international travel starts again the whole of Europe. Not to mention the potential to add an additional income as this van could be rented out easily for £200 plus per night (£1000-£1400 a week)
