VW T25 high-top 1.9l
1985 VW Transporter T25 High-top Autosleeper Conversion
Mileage: 120,000 miles
MOT until August 2025
Weβve owned this van for over 20 years and sheβs been a wonderful part of many adventures. Unfortunately, recent ill health circumstances mean weβre no longer able to give her the attention, nor the outings, she deserves, so weβre looking for a new owner to look after her better and take her on more journeys.
Bonus: In October 2025, this classic campervan will be 40 years old and the owner can apply for a vehicle tax exemption, to make her exempt from both road tax and ULEZ charges – a good potential saving for the future.
Her bodywork has suffered from being outside in all weathers and, although undercover the last couple of years, she still needs some TLC. We had some welding done last year in the footwells. (She would probably benefit from being garaged into her old age.)
The Autosleeper interior is all original, generally in good condition but has normal wear and tear commensurate with use. The front seatsβ upholstery (or the complete seats) could do with being replaced.
The engine is in good running condition and has been well-maintained over the years. She has been a reliable starter β though sometimes needed a bit of encouragement after sitting for an extended period. She hasnβt been driven any long distances for at least a couple of years.
Price reflects the work that needs doing and quick sale.
