1998 VW T4 Camper conversion

Here for sale is my 1998 VW T4 camper conversion.
I have had this since the beginning of the year. The previous owner fully stripped it down and removed any rust and did any welding that needed doing then resprayed in white raptor paint.
It has a diesel heater installed under the drivers seat, with the controls mounted on the dashboard.
It has a full width rock and roll bed with storage underneath.
A small kitchen unit complete with sink and electric tap thats chargeable via USB. The unit also has space for a small fridge (or cooler as seen in pics), and space for a gas stove next to the sink.
It has a leisure battery under the bonnet with split relay. Multiple 12v sockets at the front and rear of the van.
I have installed a XAV-AX1000 system in the centre console that sounds great.
I have installed multiple layers of sound deadening/proofing and insulation throughout the van as when I got it it had none and was very loud.
I replaced the wooden floor, and carpeted the entire rear of the van, installed acoustic paneling on the ceiling and added the wood panelling to the sides and floor.
There’s still some work to do, mainly on the dash. It needs tidying up but I dont have time. Also the heating does not work apart from blowing cold air but the diesel heater makes up for that as its sooooo warm.
I have stacks of paperwork from all the work done by the previous owners and MOTS.
it sailed through its last M.O.T just needing a brake pipe.

I have driven this through france into andorra and Spain via the pyrenees and it handled everything thrown at. Will be really sad to see it go but I dont have time to do anything to it and need something more practical for getting to work in.
