Here is my newly converted ford transit 2012 SWB mileage 107,000 10 months MOT the conversion is fully insulated and professionally carpeted throughout.
In the back there are x4 led down lights
A sink and extendable tap with pressure switch
(sink is recessed in to the work top
so a large chopping board can be used over it)
Two hob stove
(with rigged copper pipe installation
(gas safe certified!!)
Gas safety box with drop vent
Handmade bespoke kitchen unit with solid oak worktop
2x 25 litre water container
(one for fresh one for gray water)
500 watt hour power oak power bank
( with 4x USB ports 2x 240v sockets and 1
12v cigarette lighter socket)
Brand new double matters
solid oak bedside table/chest/seat
Shoe rack/cubby whole .
Carbon monoxide detector
Black out blinds between the cab and the back
A bit about the van
everything in the van is powered by the power oak the 12v cigarette lighter powers the leds and water pump via blade fuse holder and switch board we went away for 4day in the van using the power bank as and when we needed and she still was on 80% charge when we got back. if you do run out of juice you can charge it off the vans cigarette light or off a solar panel or mains. The gas installation has been tested and checked by a gas safe certified engineer.
The van is driving well with plenty of power under the bonnet the brake booster dose make a little bit of a hiss from time to time but this isnβt affecting the braking at all
