Recently converted with minimal usage. Fully insulated and soundproofed with an additional waterproof membrane. Pine cladding with farrow and ball duck green estate emulsion paint to last.
Good size kitchen with electric water pump and 25L fresh water and waste containers. 41L fridge/freezer. Comes with a camping stove too and separate gas bottles enabling cooking inside or outside the van.
Ample storage with storage over the bulkhead and box seating with storage, and a pull out table. Fixed double bed with comfy foam mattress. Separated storage under the bed so half accessible from inside the van and the rest accessible from the rear of the van.
Sliding rear side window and skylight with fan and bug screen for extra ventilation.
3 solar panels producing 360Watts of electricity charging two new leisure batteries. Electrical system has been installed with extra safety in mind being able to isolate everything in the system including the solar panels. Inverter fitted so able to charge laptops etc. Mains hook up also installed with a mains battery charger so able to hook up and charge the leisure batteries but the solar panels have always provided more than enough electricity so have never had to use.
Easy to use awning also included which just slides on to the awning rail. Portable toilet included as well as a portable bbq, plates, cups, kettle etc.
