2013 Ford Transit Custom Camper Conversion

The van internals are in excellent condition and feature a swivelling front passenger seat, fitted cabinets, folding table and a pull out bed suitable for two people.
All tinted windows have been professionally installed and fitted with blackout curtains. The windows in the side sliding door and above the lower cabinet can be opened.
The worktop has a two ring gas burner and sink with tap.
The left cabinet door has two soft close drawers which can be used for storage. I used the lower drawer for a cool box, however if removed there’s space for a fridge.
Right side of the cabinet holds two 5 litre tracks for fresh and waste water and extra storage.
Next to this is a small soft close drawer with locking catches and below is a removable panel for access to all electricals and fuses.
Above are the switches for all lights ( 2 pairs of spotlights and a strip lights around the ceiling panel) as well as switches for 12v sockets and water pump. To the left is a 2 gang 240v socket for use when connected to the mains, hook-up located under bonnet.
The rear cabinet next to the bed has 3 cupboards for more storage. There is a larger storage cupboard at the back that holds a gas bottle and safety valve plus extra storage.
The roof rack is included as well as a couple of cupboard storage boxes, a 240v oil radiator, extension lead for 240v hook-up and levelling wedges.
