*Needs new water tanks as both have a slight leak and will need repairing/replacing.
*previous owner spray painted the van from white to grey. The paint work isn’t the best job. It doesn’t effect the van in any way and wasn’t painted to cover up rust. The vans externals are in amazing condition – bar the paint job.

The conversion was built by the previous owner and all electrics and gas was fitted by approved companies (receipt of proof)
The Van is Fully insulated and fitted with high quality equipment. The van has a diesel heated to the rear, a maxxi air fan in the centre, oven with 4 gas hobs, grill and oven. Large sink. Under the counter fridge with small freezer compartment. 2 large cupboards and 6 over head cupboards. The van also comprises of a shower which works off a gas boiler (receipt of proof and gas certificate) and a built in cassette toilet, which is brand new.
The sink goes into its own waste tank under the van and the fresh water has its own tank to the rear on the underside of the van.
For the gas, it is topped up via an external cap and it is an underslung LPG tank. A full tank lasted us 6 months and that was with everyday use.
The Van has a switch board for all lights, USB, water pump and all electrics. There is 2 x 240v plug sockets but these only work once hooked up.
Bed is to the rear and doubles as a seating area. The dimensions of the bed are Length 5ft 6” by 5ft 2”.
A single cabunk bed can be used on the front swivel seats.
