2016 Ford Transit Custom LWB
– 1 previous owner (before us). It was previously owned by the London Met Police as one of their service vehicles (not a blue light vehicle), so it was well maintained and serviced every year.
– Converted by me in 2020. It has given us many wonderful weeks and weekends away in Cornwall, Cumbria, Yorkshire, Dorset, and Brittany.
– Selling only because we haven’t used it as a campervan as much as we thought we would since having a baby.

– Euro 5 2.2L Diesel engine
– Runs beautifully and very reliable
– Reversing camera and parking sensors
– 6 speed gearbox.

– 3 x seats in the cab
– 1 x foldable and removable passenger seat in the rear so the van can transport 4 people comfortably.
– Deadlocks on all 4 doors
– Security lock supplied by Locks for Vans on driver door
– 2 keys (1 remote, 1 regular key)
– MOT until 9th Feb 2025. Sailed through last MOT.
– Insulated mostly with 40mm celotex sheets with recycled plastic fibre to fill the gaps. We have slept as cold as 0 degrees and as warm as 30 degrees comfortably
– Finished with pine cladding, hardwood ply cabinets and solid oak tops
– Hard wearing laminate flooring
– 2 x gas hobs with Campingaz 907 cylinder
– 4 x Overhead dimmable LED lights and LED light chain
– 4 x USB sockets
– Skylight and bi-directional fan
– Electric water pump, tap and sink
– Clean and grey water tanks mounted under sink
– Sliding wooden bench quickly and easily converts to double bed
– Custom insulated window covers
– Storage units, under bench storage, rear door storage and front double seat lifts up for further storage in the cab
– Victron Electric AGM deep cycle 110AH leisure battery with low voltage cut off installed. Plenty of capacity and a good quality battery.
– Victron Electric Orion-Tr DC/DC smart charger. The leisure battery charges every time the van in running. Works perfectly, never had any issues in 4 years of use.
