Engine starting and working perfect. New clutch, new tires, cam belt changed last year as unsure of the previous change. The body has some scratches and dents normal for the age. The conversion was made with functionality and comfort in mind, based on years spent off grid and on camping sites. The habitat is extremely well insulated with 5 cm of wool between condensation barrier and plywood. The floor is layered with Kingspan, plywood and wooden floor. 2 Maxxair fans and a 9000 BTU AC keep you cool in the warmest weather powered by Ecoflow battery and 800 W solar panels. Fiamma 450 awning installed. Inside there is ample storage, a fridge, microwave, toilet cubicle with Thetford toilet and sensor activated tap. Fiamma sink and 2 rings hob. 8kW diesel heater. Huge storage under the double bed,
1 Double bed , 190 cm x 140 cm, super comfy mattress.
2 sofas converting into a single 180 cm x 80 cm memory foam.
