A truly unique stylish interior, a home from home and a celebration of natural materials.
All woodwork is completely bespoke and hand crafted.
A patchwork effect is achieved with the solid wood frame cupboard fronts, using a mix of Hessian panel cut outs and hand woven lattice fronts with jute tape.
The Hessian is incorporated again where we have wrapped the curved metal around the back doors.
We chose a jute tape with black flecks as an edging tape on some of our furniture, and also as an edging tape for our handmade olive coloured organza mosquito nets. These aren’t in the photos but will be included with the van.
The slatted wood drawer fronts tie in to the slatted ceiling and these have a pop out opening mechanism.
We chose reclaimed scaffold boards for the units to give a rustic feel to the van.
