Construction:
– Sound deadening/insulation foam applied to all panels, followed by 25mm Kingspan and finished with a foil vapour barrier from sink height up and over the roof. This approach has meant ventilation, moisture damp etc has never been an issue. No spray foam has ever been utilised in the conversion of this van.
– Throughout the van lightweight panels have been used to keep the weight down and secured to the body using rivnuts to enable future adaptability and retrofitting if required
– Mixture of grey automotive carpet & white plastic throughout for ease of maintenance and looks
– Rear door cards can be replaced if desired to allow you a fresh canvas to collect stickers on your adventures
