This beautiful hand-crafted conversion has been designed with every detail in mind for luxurious off-grid living. The build features stunning pine cladding, soft blue tones, and small detailed finishes. We have taken this van on many adventures and recently came back from a 5-week trip around Europe. This lovely van has never skipped a beat and has provided us with unforgettable memories! We unfortunately must let her go now we are starting out on our careers.

Bedroom description:
 – Fixed double bed with thick luxury mattress 185cm by 135cm (plus an additional few cm at either end of the mattress, which might be useful if you’re tall!)

Insulation, heating, and hot water:
 – The van has been insulated with sound deadening panels, house quality Kingspan foam insulation, and foil bubble wrap on top of this. Keeps nice and toasty in the winter and keeps the heat out in the summer
 – There is a 5kW diesel heater, at the lowest setting this kept us more than warm enough in 2-degree temperatures overnight. This is controlled from the control panel next to the door
 – The water is heated using an LPG instant hot water heater mounted to the back door, this door can be opened to vent the boiler

Water/waste:
 – 100L insulated freshwater tank. The insulation helps to keep the water fresh in the summer
 – 65L underslung grey water tank with a drainage tap
 – Both these tanks are linked up to a level gauge.

Electrics
 – The electrics in the van are powered by the 3x110ah leisure batteries which are charged by the 340W of solar panels and engine while you drive. This allows for fully off-grid use.
 – Hook-up for when you visit a campsite
 – 12v and 240V sockets throughout
 – 3000W invertor
 – Voltage sensitive relay for charging from engine while running

Vehicle description

The van has just been repainted in blue, there are a few bruises due to its age. The van will come with a new MOT, it’s currently booked into the garage for the week commencing 11/04. We’ve had a lot of work done to the van since we bought it, including a new clutch, a reconditioned gearbox, brand new EGR valve/sensor, and more. All tyres are in good condition, the two front tyres were replaced very recently and only have around 4k miles on them. We have invoices from the dealer for all the work done since we bought the van.
