Meet Faith. Our 6 metre full-time Stealth home. Designed and built with incredible attention to detail for off-grid full-time stealth living. You’ll never see another van like it.
A little bit about us. We have been full-time van dwellers for the last 8 years. This is our 3rd Fiat Ducato and we have converted 4 VW transporters. We only build for ourselves but there is a genuine reason for this early sale.
The first thing anyone who sees the her for the first time, is just how spacious she is. Having spent years looking at both Campervans and coach built vans we were put off taking the dive into full-time van-life until Mark came up with the amazing use of space in all three Fiat Ducato vans that he has built.
Noting that so much space is wasted with the mass-produced vans that are evident in most show rooms, Mark has been able to make use of every spare cm of space. We’re confident you will feel the same way too.
The second thing you notice is the quality of materials and the way everything is solidly screwed together. We build our vans to last!

The Conversion Info:
The van comes with full all around 82% tint glass, creating a mobile conservatory feel, with both driver and passenger 1st window with slides. These are covered by the excellent Van-X double material black out curtains. These help to keep the heat in or out, but also maintain privacy at night time when you’re parked in public areas. No-one knows you’re there!
The van is completely covered in DoDo sound proof matting, for both sound and heat insulation and then covered in the 1/2″ super efficient (and expensive) Thinsulate™ insulation. This is super light weight and is used in industrial areas where weight and efficiency matters, also used in ski clothing.
The exposed areas of the van are carpeted in quality carpet covering and then lined with stunning Red Cedar tongue and groove. This was chosen for its beauty but also its light weight.
The cupboards are all hand made from the quality Moorland timber board. Again chosen for their quality, strength and light weight. None of your wobbly flimsy board here. Set into the bottom of the cupboards in separate zones are the remote controlled, dimmable lighting systems. All operating on low voltage 12v they ad a limitless amount of ambience to the living experience. The main living area are of the warm light variety, but for those winter morning we have our bright ‘sunshine’ lights, and fun multi-coloured lights for when you want to party!
The front seats both spin round to create an even more spacious feel when you’re parked up for the night and using the front lounge/kitchen area or for when you choose to leave the bed down.
We have designed this van for occasional ferrying around of the grand kids, or your own children but sleeping for just 2 adults. A drive away awning or tent could be added for sleeping arrangements or a caravan could be used for towing a caravan if you closed. A removable tow bar has been fitted for this purpose, but we mainly use it for carrying our e=bkes. The bike carrier is available by separate negotiation.
We have created two lounges, one at the front, which includes the two swivel front seats and the 2 rear seat belted seats. The second lounge is just a fabulous tiny home, with a huge privacy window surround, which creates a kind of travelling conservatory effect. We can see out but passers by can’t see in in. This lounge then converts to a 6 foot by 6 foot 1 inch supper comfy double bed. Underneath this lounge is massive storage space . It needs to be seen to be believed.
Heating is provided by the excellent Autoterm 2kw diesel heater, which gets its fuel from the main diesel tank and means you’ll stay toasty no matter what the weather. If it is a little too warm we have always relied on the Maxxair 10 speed remote controlled fan which you can leave running, just like the diesel heater, even when you’re driving.
All the controls are where you would expect them to be: Virtually all manufacturers insist on grouping all the controls in one out-of-reach place. So when you want the heating on or off or just to switch on the lights you have to get out of bed. In Faith, there is a remote control for the main lights. The other controls are right beside you in the lounge or bed, along with the heater controls. The water pump with is right beside the sink.
As you would expect there is an abundance of facilities for charging phones and laptops, both 12v and 240v.
The lighting and all other electrical are powered by a huge Fogstar 3.14 ah lithium battery, giving 4000 watts of power.
The battery is charged in two ways by the excellent and highly rated Renogy B2B (battery to battery) charger. This begins to charge your battery the minute you switch your engine on, but it also begins to charge your batteries via the 2 x Renogy 200w Super slim solar panels (totalling 400w) as soon as there is daylight present. Obviously the brighter the weather the more charge you get. It will also keep your main driving battery topped up too. We have just returned from a 2 and a half month trip to Europe and never need electric hook up, even after 6 weeks without moving.
The 240 mains supply is provided by the Renogy 3,000 watt power inverter. This provides more than enough energy to power pretty much anything you can throw at it, from hairdryers and straighteners, power tools and the excellent ‘Single Homie’ twin ring induction hob which can be used as one large ring,. Gas is not need on board but we do like to use a portable gas cooker for those nights where cooking outside is just fabulous, or if you like to bbq, as we do. All battery usage is monitored by the Victron battery monitor.
Small Oak block shelves for ornaments or phone, but included wine glass cut out to minimise spills etc.
Hidden shower room, which houses our home-made composting toilet. An allowance will be made for a top-spec portable potty up to £200. The shower/loo was build hidden to create a really airy feel when in the van. The ‘room’ also houses a small pull out hanging space.
After having lived full-time in vans for the last 8 years or so, we have not bothered with a fixed shower room, but have preferred to use that space to hide the loo, and shower area. So the choice is yours.
Hot water is supplied via a Propex 240v low power (800w) heater which is powered easily from the electric system.
Rear seating area has a 26” Lenovo light weight monitor. We use Apple TV to supply Europe wide TV, but any separate system can be used. The monitor has its own speakers but we prefer to use a superb Bose sound speaker . We use a Huawei 4G router and unlimited SIM card for most tv watching. Advice can be given on all aspects of internet including abroad.
Extensive storage below all seating areas, with hinged access to all areas.
Multiple large storage drawers in the kitchen with a slim line pullout drawer, cutlery draw and 4 bottle wine or other bottle cupboard.
Premium hard wearing waterproof vinyl flooring.
New front and side window Van-Pimps black out curtains for when camping. Keep the heat in or out.
Internal 30litre fresh water tank.
Boo portable 18litre pull-out fridge freezer. We have always found plenty big enough for our full-time living.
The majority of surfaces is quality oak, accompanied with Canadian red cedar in the window surrounds. Very lightweight and very beautiful.
