Kitchen area
Starting with the kitchen, the countertop is a solid oak stained butcher block, with a matching butcher block detail on the wall. Which gives the van a very homely appealing feel, with a hanging fruit basket.
Set into this is a deep bar sink featuring a tap with an extendable hose faucet which is a great feature for filling pans on the two ring cast iron hob.
Below the countertop are 3 drawers and two cupboards. One for housing the 25L grey water tank for the sink along with a wall mounted trash bin, which also has a side shelf for storing chopping boards, plates and other kitchen necessities.
The other cupboard is the gas locker housing the Gaslow 11KG LPG tank with triple manifold allowing you to isolate each line to the heater, hob, shower.
With an LPG fill point below the van allowing you to fill up at petrol stations and also meaning less holes drilled into the panels of the van.
The gas system was professionally installed/ tested giving complete peace of mind. ( The tank costs around £15 to fill and during summer months can last up to 4-6 weeks using the hob/ heater/ shower)
Ventilation / Heating
Heating is handled by the LPG Propex HS200 featuring a digital thermostat allowing you to set a desired temperate and the unit will cycle on/off to maintain, so you can come home to a warm van 🙂
Proper ventilation is achieved using the MaXX air fan which is a premium choice of fans. It has both intake and outtake settings allowing you to draw air out while cooking. The fan also features a digital remote allowing located next to the bed allowing you to set a desired temperature alongside the heater.
Storage / cabinetry / Sleeping
When built, storage was a big priority as it’s made for long term living and adventure chasing. From the garage area below the bed you can comfortably fit in longboards/ surfboards/ snowboards. Or any other cumbersome long items which you may struggle to fit in a conventional camper van. This space can also be accessed from the living area below the long box seat, there is a full row of upper cabinets along the van and the bulkhead has been boxed out to allow further storage. All cabinets have handmade copper handles.
The sleeping area has a memory foam matteres which measures ( ) below the bed is a slide out hidden butcher block table which can seat 2 comfortably for eating meals or working from a laptop.
Electrics
The electrical system is overbuilt to allow further addition of appliances such as an inverter, microwave etc. without the need for upgrading battery’s or a larger solar panel. This van is capable of sustaining full time van life. With 6 lighting options, a fridge, fan and heater all running simultaneously.

Things to note
For some reason on the dashboard when you fire up the headlights a warning light appears prompting you to “ check parking lights” I’ve had this checked multiple times and all lights work as should and no faults are found in the Ecu. I’ve had it narrowed down to a possible faulty earth in the rear light but as it makes no difference so I’ve left it as is.
A suspension light also appears telling you to “check suspension” this is an old fault code from the old compressor that was fitted for the pneumatic air suspension. The air suspension works as should filled from a manual fill valve located below the diesel fill point. ( you can adjust the air pressure on how much weight your carrying)
The van is sitting at just below 150,000 and I have taken good care of her mechanically having all the work done when needed. There are a few age related marks to the body although nothing structural. The van will also come polished and deep cleaned.
Thanks for reading,
I am taking offers on the van and viewings can be scheduled from October. This listing will be updated with more photos when I have time. If you have any questions send me a message and i will try to help.
