Bluebean: off-grid capable stealth motorhome

Fiat Ducato 35 Multijet LCV

71,000 miles
Detailed Information
Vehicle Description

2.3L diesel engine, 6-speed manual gearbox with cruise control and speed limiter. Engine and bodywork in excellent condition. New windscreen fitted April 2021. MOT and road tax (I paid approx £150/6 months) due end Feb 2022. Full service history.

Beds Description

U-shaped lounge seating converts into double bed which measures 173 cm x 183 cm (although you can just pull out and make up one side of the bed as a single if you wanted) with loads of storage underneath. Small sofa could easily be modified into slide-out bed for kid/s (would measure approx 108 cm x 132 cm).

Conversion Description

Closet (behind mirrored door) doubles as a toileting area (portable toilet) and wet room
Blackout curtains all round – and I think the glass is 80/20 anyway, meaning you can see out but it’s very hard for someone outside to see in, even with the curtains open – great for privacy. A normal curtain separates the driving cabin from rest of van when drawn (I like being able to get to the driver’s seat without having to go outside and back in again)
Cable for campsite electric hookup included or stay off-grid using solar panels
Lagun swivelling table leg system (two mounting points in the van: one in the end lounge and one behind the driver’s seat for the bench seat)
12 x wall-mounted storage cupboards
2 x large storage drawers in the kitchen with a slim-line pullout drawer, cutlery drawer
4-section infrared warm strip lights (dimmable)
Sureflo water pump with isolating switch
Propex 240v low power (800w) water heater under lounge seating
Planar 2Kw diesel heater
32L internal fresh water tank with internal filler
9L internal grey-water tank

Thetford 2-ring gas hob fed by Safefill LPG cylinder housed under extendable work surface
Dometic CF 18L chest fridge/freezer under sink
Apple TV and Bose Revolve Bluetooth speaker
480ah AGM batteries (4x 120ah Leoch batteries) with easily accessible battery isolator
Marine battery monitor (shows amps being used and battery charge)
