Crafted with the steelwork from an original railway carriage used to transport livestock on the railways. Keeping some original features Clarabelle has been built from the steelwork up. She has had new timber work externally stained with an osmo oil in a beautiful cedar colour. Then insulated with 30mm in the wall and 50mm floor of ridged foam and 50mm fibreglass in the roof, finished with 5mm hardwood ply. Painted in hessian cream with oak trim strips. Windows with sliding opening and lockable doors.
Spacious inside allowing room for a large kitchen area with fridge/freezer which can be run on gas/mains. Cooker/4ring hob. Electric sockets. Kitchen sink and beautiful live edge worktop. Cupboards above and below allowing ample storage.
Leading off the kitchen is a shower/ toilet. Walls and ceiling compromised of shower board boasting good sized mixer shower, cassette toilet and fold down sink.
Gas or mains water heater to supply lots of hot water.
Twin full length adult bunk beds with three draw storage area underneath. Look up and see the night sky with the skylight which opens up to allow good ventilation.
Massive L shaped seating area with storage under the seats also houses the 5kw diesel heater to keep you warm when not on hook up.
At the front of Clarabelle a fixed double bed allows you to rest your head and watch the world go by. With storage above and below bed. Plug sockets with USB points and overhead lights.
Clarabelle has a pull out platform and steps with safety rails that keeps the dogs or children contained whilst having the doors are open.
