Cosy Ford transit conversion

Our cosy cabin feel converted van is for sale! We had some lovely adventures in it, time to downsize to a car now.

Features:

– 2002 build
– 184700 miles
– MOT until 7th of February 2022
– Registered as 3500kg, so can be driven with regular licence
– Newly welded underneath this year
– New starter motor
– 2 burner gas hob
– Diesel heater with remote (easy to top up Diesel and petrol station), warms up very quickly!
– Pump sink (doesn’t drain, just empty the whole sink when needed, easy to take out)
– Spacious comfortable bed with mattress
– Possible space for single mattress under double for an extra person
– Lots of storage over counter and under bed
– Leisure battery (I haven’t used it, I know it’s still full, but the electric wires for the lights & plugs in van don’t seem to connect properly. I just used fairy lights, a lamp and candies for light in the evenings)
– Fully insulated
– Roof rack with ladder
– Rear side windows open for ventilation
– External electric hook up (I never used it myself, so can’t comment)

To be aware of:

– rusty spots and some scratches, as would be expected on a 2002 van, no structural issue though (welding has been completed underneath the van beginning of this year)
– Seat material in the front is torn on one passenger side (I use a blanket to cover it)
– Not sure if electric lights & plugs work, as mentioned above. I personally managed without them
