Vehicle Description

****DEPOSIT TAKEN******

Our cosy Ford Transit camper is ready to go for more off-
grid adventures. We bought our van a year ago and spent many months converting the van making sure it was comfortable for full-time living.
We have lived full-time in our camper for the last 5 months and it has never let us down. We are very sad to see our van go however we are moving to New Zealand so are looking for someone to carry on the road trip. This means the van has everything included so you are ready to hit the road straight away.
We have been around the UK and Europe and whether it be steep mountain roads or cruising along the motorway our van has handled any road with ease.

Ford Transit 2013 MK7 125 T350

2198cc
6 gears
Euro 5 engine

Fresh MOT with no advisories until October 2023
Low Mileage: 67,250 (please note this will increase slightly as we are still using the van as a mode of transport occasionally)
Weight verified at Weighbridge June 2022, fully laden including all van and personal belongings and two humans: 2940kg
Part service history, since owning in the last 12 months work completed:
– Major service
– New fuel filter
– Both front brake pads replaced
Within the last 6 months work completed:

– Replacement anti roll bar link
– Replacement lower suspension arms

1 immobiliser key
1 slamlock key
3 deadlock keys
2 steering wheel lock keys
2 fuel cap lock keys

The body work is in very good condition for it’s age, any minor parts of surface rust have been treated and painted with Hammerite. Otherwise there are small wear and tear scratches here and there as to be expected of this age.

The van is just short of 6m and only very slightly overhangs a parking space which means we’ve been able to drive to some amazing rural spots and squeeze into tight spaces in cities. It has been professionally fitted with privacy windows on the sliding door and two barn doors.

Security was very important to us during the build so every single door has been professionally fitted with deadlocks, and the sliding and back doors also have slam locks. Pro Elite steering wheel lock also included.

Other specification details:
– Stereo system comes with AUX input, CD player, FM radio.
– Electric powered windows in cab
– Heated Windscreen
– Daytime running lights

Additional information:
Includes lifetime Crit’Air and Umweltplakette anti-pollution stickers which are needed to travel through a number of cities and zones across France and Germany.

Conversion Description

We put a lot of effort into building a functional, homely yet spacious campervan which is felt as soon as you step inside. The use of tongue and groove cladding, burnt orange soft furnishings and warm coloured lighting provide a cosy feel to the van, whilst the bright walls, U-shaped seating area and double swivel seat give it a spacious feeling.

The foundations:
– Dodo hex sound deadening mat has been secured on the walls and ceiling. This lowers vehicle road noise and any vibrations or rattling.
– Wall and ceiling insulation: 50mm Eco Therm board & Thermafleece Supasoft Polyester insulation made from 95% recycled plastic bottles.
– Superfoil aluminium foil used all around the walls and ceiling as a vapour barrier.
– Floor insulation: As the van loses most of its heat from the ceiling and walls we opted for 10mm XPS board on the floor to create more headroom when standing up.
– Wheat coloured auto carpet covering the inner sliding and rear doors and any other exposed metal to help with insulation

Kitchen area:
– Lots of worktop space! An extra hatch-style section of worktop and a snug chopping board cover over the sink for even more worktop space when needed. To keep the weight down in the van we opted for 12mm plywood worktops and have treated them with durable Tung oil for a lovely matt finish which is food safe and water resistant.
– House sized stainless steel square undermount kitchen sink with a depth of 190mm operated with a whale foot pump from a 25L fresh water tank into a 25L grey waste tank. Both tanks can be accessed from an exterior cupboard door which makes filling up and emptying a lot easier.
– 1x extra 25L fresh water and 1x extra 25L grey waste tank also included and stored under bench seating.
– Handy extra small shelf in the cupboard next to the sink which we used to store washing up liquid.
– JKF50 12v compressor fridge freezer. 34L fridge compartment capacity and 8L freezer capacity. The freezer section is removable. Adjustable temperature for both fridge and freezer sections. This fridge freezer operates amazingly well and it’s surprising how much you can fit in there!
– Large storage cupboard with three shelves, smaller two-shelf cupboard above fridge and two overhead cupboards.
– Cupboard fronts have been made with lightweight tongue and groove and treated with the Tung oil for a natural, water resistant finish. All cupboards are secured with bolt locks which also double as door handles.
– Battery operated strip light underneath the two overhead cupboards.
– 1x Camping Gaz camping stove. Gives great flexibility in being able to cook outside or stored away to create more worktop space when needed.
– 1x Omnia Stove top oven. Virtually anything that can be cooked in a conventional oven can be cooked in the Omnia.
– Also included in the sale will be storage boxes, pots, pans, a toaster for the camping stove, 4x white enamel plates, 4x white enamel bowls, 4x small ceramic mugs, 2x enamel camping mugs, 1x large Moka coffee maker, 2x plastic wine glasses, 2x plastic cocktail glasses, 2x plastic pint glasses.

Toilet & Shower:
– Kampa Khazi portable camping toilet
– Portable Liberrway camping shower with a rechargeable battery for shower pump and USB charging cable.

Electrics:
– 2x 175w monocrystalline solar panels wired in series for optimum power in even low light conditions
– PV switch disconnector. Allows you to disconnect the current between the solar panels and batteries when required.
– 2x 130ah (260ah total) 12v AGM leisure batteries
– 40A MPPT Renogy Rover Elite solar charge controller with BT-2 Bluetooth module which allows you to track usage and charge through your smartphone
– B2B charger: 30A Renogy Dual input DC-DC onboard battery charger with MPPT. Charges the leisure batteries from the alternator whilst driving. MPPT feature is currently not being used but could allow you to add a portable solar panel(s) to the system if wanted. Also comes with BT-2 Bluetooth module to allow you to monitor power gained, leisure battery and starter battery voltage from your smartphone.
– 6-way blade fuse holder with two spare holders allowing you to add two more appliances if desired.
– Ventilation: Maxx Air Fan Deluxe smoke black colour. Powerful 10-speed fan motor for air exhaust or intake. Keypad controlled on fan or remote controlled. Option to manually open and close the vent lid by rotating the knob on the fan. Built-in rain cover so it can be left open even when it rains. Can also be left open when driving. Thermostat temperature sensor. Easy to remove and clean interior insect screen.
– Lighting: 4 warm white LED touch-sensitive spotlights which work individually. Handy if you only want light in a certain area of the van
– 2x quick charge 3.0 dual USB charger sockets
– Bestek 200W power inverter DC 12v to AC 240v dual socket car voltage converter which plugs into the cigarette lighter to allow charging low wattage items such as laptops when driving.
Please note there is no 240v mains plug within the living area as this wasn’t necessary for us. However, this could be added if required as the wire gauge used in the electrics setup is more than capable of being able to handle an inverter.

Other extras included:
1x Camping table
2x Camping chairs
1x European driving kit
2x Fire extinguishers
1x Fire blanket
1x Set of AA jump leads
1x Dash Cam
2x Dual USB 12v cigarette lighter charging points
1x Smartphone holder

Thank you for reading, if you have any other questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
Please let us know if you would like a video call tour as this can be arranged. The van is located in North Wales however we are prepared to travel within reason for someone who is really interested.
