At Liberty Camps, we’re a small family-run business dedicated to building spaces that genuinely feel like home. Ember blends rustic character with modern convenience, good craftsmanship, and thoughtful details that make every morning on the road something special.
This listing shows an example of what we can create — but we believe your van should be uniquely yours. We’ll work closely with you to personalise everything: fabrics, colours, tiles, finishes, and optional upgrades such as awnings and additional features.

The example build shown is priced starting from £22,500 and based on a donor vehicle being supplied to us, but every project is tailored to your needs and budget.

We’re a small family team who put our hearts into every build.
I’m Ashley, and I handle most of the construction. My partner Inga is a talented scenic artist who adds unique murals and creative touches, while our grandmother brings her upholstery expertise to each home.
Since starting in 2022, we’ve built nine cosy homes — all crafted with care, high-quality materials, and a strong focus on durability and warmth. Customers often tell us how involved they felt in the process and how their van becomes a cherished part of their life.

Ember features a full off-grid system powered by 400W of solar, 2 x Fogstar 315Ah lithium batteries, a 3000W inverter, shore hook-up, and a DC-DC charger for charging while driving.
You’ll also find two opening windows, blinds/curtains throughout, and a MaxxAir fan to keep the space comfortable in all seasons.
