This is a great van both mechanically and in terms of practically as an off grid / camper van or race van. It has various set up options depending on if you are 2,3 or 4 person so a very flexible van depending on if you are going off grid, camping or using it as a day van. Fully insulated and carpet-lined.
Mileage: 116,382 which is super low – only done about 2000 miles a year for the last 4-5 years

Starts every time.
Clutch and dual mass fly wheel replaced in 2024. Drives beautifully very smooth on gear changes.
Will come with 12 month MOT, have addressed Offside Front outer sill and replaced the exhaust silencer.
Cambelt done by previous owner at 75k miles. FSH.
Currently 3 belted sets: Two at the front, and a single in the back.
Front Single Passenger seat is on Swivel Base, which originally had a Double Bench Seat on it.
The Double Front Bench seat is in storage, just checking this is still in good condition and happy to include in the sale if so, giving the option of a 4 belted seat van (on the V5 it is stated as a 4-seat van).
This is Stella who is an awesome van. She was converted by a fireman so everything is super safe!! We have done minor modifications since then, mainly on seating and bed options to give a really flexible van depending on how may of you are going to be using her.
Double Fixed Bed widthways across the van which is 182cm.
This has an extension option we built as hubby is 6 foot which allows you to sleep lengthways and creates a huge superking bed 182 x 184 with room to hang your feet off the end! You could comfortably sleep two adults and a child in this if needed. When the bed extension is out it does block the fridge and gas stove, so it is a night time option.
Front seat is on a swivel base. This had a bench seat on the swivel base when we bought it but we switched to a single passenger seat as like to be able to walk through to the back. The V5 lists as 4 seats because of this but it currently only has 3 belted seats and will sell as such to keep options open.
There is a wooden ‘bench’ option which sits over the single seat to give a ‘side bench’ option as can be seen in the pictures. This is not fixed so very easy to take out.

Solar with VictronConnect, 2 x leisure batteries, Sargent EC160 Power Supply Unit. Split charger to power the leisure batteries when driving. Video available to explain how all the electrics work which I took when I bought the van in case you are new to campervans! I found this very helpful!

Sink with underslung water tanks and water pump (I have not really used these so would suggest a full clean)
6 Spotlights and two additional lights over the bed area. which are touch control with low light blue light option.
Cupboard for porta potty.
2 x Skylights – one above the bed and one above the living area. Windows both sides of the main living area. Built in fly screens and black out blinds to windows and skylights. Cover available for cab area but probably needs replacing.
Huge amounts of storage both in the main van and the garage, easily room for 4 people’s clothing, full camping gear and bikes. Overhead cab storage, shelving above window for easy access items. There is enough room for 3 bikes in the garage or 2 on the bike rack depending how much gear you are carrying.
Reason for sale – changing for more of a ‘Day Van’ set up as this is what I mainly use it for but have been very reluctant to sell such a mechanically sound van. Viewing welcome in Lymington New Forest.
