High-spec custom conversion with lots of work done!

I’m selling my 2013 custom converted campervan.

Huge spec, high quality build, no expense has been spared in converting this van. Extensive work has been carried out, and it’s converted to a high standard. Very comfortable to travel and live in, powered by recognised high quality appliances and electrical components. A dream to drive.

I’ve had loads of work done on this van – I haven’t had great luck, despite having a full survey done when I purchased it. However, as I was living in the van and intended to for a long time, I didn’t spare any expense for getting the work done. Below is a full list of work I’ve had done.

At 118k miles: New engine, clutch and flywheel, starter motor, alternator charger, oil housing & turbo charger. All work fully receipted. Full service history since the engine change and oil changes done at 5k miles each increment. New service and MOT, next due Feb 2025. 1k miles done since last service.

External Van features: Romac Alloys w/ AG Grabber all terrain tyres. Rear air suspension. 30L underslung LPG gas tank (accredited installation by 3rd party). LED roof lightbar, Rear wheel carrier from wheeliams – installed by professional engineer. Thule awning, Black Raptor ultra tough paint, Lanoguard under van rust prevention, external LPG point, external LED lighting, side and rear door deadlocks. External surfboard/ paddleboard rack (removable when not in use).

Internal Features: Fully insulated, rockwool and foam board, vapor barrier, 3 burner Thetford gas oven and hob, Montpellier 60L fridge and separate freezer, Maxx Airfan, 5kw diesel heater (linked into van gas tank). Larger than king size orthopaedic memory foam mattress, made by customsizebeds.com on custom made pull out bed.
Custom carpentry including pull out pantry. Windscreen and cab privacy covers. Internal multi coloured LED lighting, dimmable LED ceiling lighting, passenger captains chair, Lagun table/ desk mount, pull out table with bench storage seating, custom made cab curtain, airfan cover and matching seat covers, laundry compartment/ bag, bed reading lights &USB sockets

Electrical Setup: 12 and 240v power, 2 x 40w roof mounted solar panels, Victron 12v Inverter charger, Victron DC charger, Victron Alternator charger, 3 x Renogy 100Ah batteries, 240v Shore hookup charge point, 30ah split (B2B) charger, External WiFi antenna, internal WiFi router. LED lighting and spot lights. Low level red lights for use in the dark.

Water system: 100l fresh water tank, Surflo pump, Carbon filter, sediment filter, portable Blue Diamond composting toilet.

This van is setup to be off grid. If the sun shines and the water tank is full, no reason why you couldn’t be off grid for weeks. Glasgow based. Viewings welcome and recommended. Message if there any info is needed.

I genuinely want the van to go to a good home, as it’s been loved and cared for like a home for the past 2 years in my care. I’m only selling as my ex-partner and I converted it to travel.
