Sandie has beach hut themed walls and seashell cushions which creates a light hearted vibe. Some of the most beautiful places to see in Scotland are off the beaten track and if you’re tucked away from civilisation. you’re going to want a place to cook your food that doesn’t involve rocks and sticks. Not to worry, Sandie has a fully-equipped kitchen fitted with two ring hobs, plenty of pots and pans space and a fridge.

Built for off-grid and on-grid getaways, Sandie benefits from a large solar panel and leisure battery and an electric hook up cable that can be used at campsites. So whether its you and your pooch, your partner or your friend – Sandie has all the ingredients to make your trip one to remember.

Seating
Sandie is fitted with 3x belted seats (inc driver) all with headrests within the cab area, the camper has a head height of 6ft 3inches. The living area easily seats 4.

Storage
There are two cupboards above the double bed providing storage for clothes etc, one above the kitchen area, a well as an ‘over cab’ storage area accessed by the door above the drivers cab. Further storage can be found under the seat for those sandals and wellies. Within the boot area you will find enough room for your inflatable kayaks or paddle boards.
There is storage under the sink which contains the water storage tank, all post, pans and cutlery, together with kitchen utensils and food storage containers.
There is floor level open storage containing the Porta Potti, which can be moved to the rear storage area. The portable 12v/240v fridge (which doubles as a cool box) is located in a cleverly designed slide in/out space by the seating/table area.
The rear area has coat hooks on the back wall to hang your dirty/wet jackets and trousers. This area stores the electric hook-up lead and thermal window coverage.

Water and Sanitation
Sandie has a 30ltr water storage tank situated under the kitchen sink and supplies running cold water to the sink. The water system is tested to make it potable water (drinkable). Outflow for grey water is under the van, a collapsible bucket can be placed underneath when in areas that don’t allow grey water drainage and there is a Porta Potti situated within the living area which can be used, if wished.

Heating
Sandie benefits from a powerful diesel heater which can be controlled manually, or by remote control if you want to use it without getting out of bed! She is also heavily insulated to remain cosy.

Audio Equipment
Sandie has a radio within the cab which is Bluetooth, allowing you to listen to your own tunes and talk ‘hands-free’ having connected your phone. A USB plug in is also situated in the cab next to the phone holder.

Electrical Set Up
Sandie is designed to look after you both on campsite and with her electric Hook up and also off grid with its 450 watt large Solar Panel fixed to the roof. There is also a converter which will charge the Large 220 AH Leisure battery when the engine is started allowing you to stay off-grid for as long as you like. There is touch on and off lighting throughout the living area, as well as dimmer lights in the kitchen and dining area.
