Jolene is a Volkswagen T25 high top campervan who is looking for a new home. She was first registered in September 1989 and the current mileage is 81,328 and we have owned her since 2017. Full service and maintenance information is available since then with MOT certificates back to the 1990’s.
The inside has been refitted in red leather with a new cooker/sink and water container/pump. The traditional rock and roll bed is 190mm long and sleeps two. The upstairs also sleeps two but is best suited for small persons. There are four seats with belts and the front passenger seat is a rotating captain’s chair. There is a table for the interior and the van comes with an awning and a portaloo.
Externally the bodywork has been cleaned back and resprayed with recoated bumpers. The engine is the original 1915cc (Wasserbox) flat four water cooled petrol and is a good starter. Manual gear box with 4 gears plus reverse and does 20-25mpg. All the rubber pipework/hoses have been replaced together with a new fuel tank and fuel pump. The cooling system has been changed with new radiator, thermostat, blower and the associated hoses.
She is currently off road and SORN’ed due to owners ill health but will be MOT’ed before sale. Price £6,000 ono.
