2017 Hi-spec Off-grid Campervan w/hot shower, Professionally Converted in 2021 - Peugot Boxer LWB Hi-top roof

Off-grid hi-spec campervan, newly and professionally converted in 2021. Not actually used much for camping unfortunately due to work and personal health reasons. Happy for a new owner to make the mist of this campervan 😊

LOTS of practical and clever design ideas such as:

– Hot & cold water shower with immersion heater that keeps water hot all day to optimise energy usage
– Diesel heater & extraction fan for the mainiving space and also into the shower cubicle to create a drying room
– Two gas hobs with extractor fan, runs on LPG that is super efficient (cost about a fiver from petrol stations to fill the tank) easily filled from the outside of the van via a nozzel at petrol stations
– High capacity fresh water tank and shower tank fillable from inside and outside the van by hose. Underslung grey water tank with easy accessible release mechanism
– Walls, roof and floor fully insulated using high quality filler and professional application
– Islolated lighting (kitchen, hall & bedroom lights are separate), stylish touch lights above bed and coloured mood lighting beneath
– Skylight and vent/powerful extraction fan with rain cover guard
– Plenty of storage and both fixed, and touch-pull-out work surfaces. All hand-made by beautiful carpentry skills, perfect finish
– Guitar wall mount and in-built, weighted key piano within storage area, (more info in photos and bottom of text). This solution takes up a neglible amount of space if you decide not to purchase the piano with the van, (this would be an additional cost of £500)
– Pull-out worksurface to create a large L-shaped kitchen prep area that otherwise tucks under the bed (push button)
– Swivel dining table that is also removable. There is a fixed storage in the boot on a purposely fitted slider when the table is not in use to stow it safely
– Seating is a fixed seat and moveable stool (with floor lock). They can be attached together to create a sofa – extra thick foam has been used
– Built-in shower with high quality single-sheet wall tile (otherwise used for beautiful indoor bathroom conversions, sparkly and cool!)

Piano:
Casio weighted key piano can be included for an additional cost (bought for c.£600 2yrs ago). Industrial piano slider is built-in and stored under the bed, takes up no space and pulls out smoothly via a simple latch so you can sit on the van’s existing seating area tp play. Wired into the van mains there is so no messing around with plugs etc. This is an amazing feature for a musical van either for professionals, those who enjoy playing the piano, or as a fun and relaxing addition to your in-van activities.

Guitar holder: There is a wall-mount fitted guitar holder to keep instruments secure and neatly stowed when driving or not in use. This can also be easily removed if you prefer to have the space (there are shelves behind this as part of the kitchen area, see photos).

Conversion is still in near perfect condition and had only been used 5/6 times for camping since conversation. There is damage to the left wing mirror arm, however it is still in full working order and waterproof as electric folding wing mirrors.

Very easy to clean, high quality flooring and paint that is safe to scrub clean when needed. All paint colours and main furnishing materials used etc are supplied in user manual.
