Peugeot Boxer – Ex police speed camera van campervan conversion.

I bought the van direct off Derbyshire Police who were previously using it as a mobile speed camera van. I’ve converted the van to accommodate my passion for surfing. Ample board storage on the roof rack and two compartments fitted to accommodate two surfboards within the camper (max 9ft board) as well as a wet suit drying compartment. The van benefits from 5 doors and blacked out windows on all sides. It is also MWB allowing easy mobility and is also full height.

The van runs really well, never failed an MOT and no advisories. A new battery was fitted in 2023. The van benefits from the following features:

I’m sadly selling as its no longer being used as much as I’d like. Looking to sell onto someone who can get more use out of it and who can take full advantage of what a camper can offer. The pricing is attractive given its milage and spec but this is to reflect the fact that a lot of the conversion was done by myself as an amateur (however all electrical, gas and water works were undertaken by North Cotswold Motorhome Services). The paint work needs a lick of paint and there is a large dink in the front left bumper where I had an unfortunate incident navigating a tight Cornish lane (see pic). All which is purely cosmetic. The van is a great opportunity for someone to add their own touch whilst knowing all the fundamental elements of the conversion are sound and in great condition.
