Fully insulated walls, roof and floor. with a combination of wool and celotex, then fully wrapped with Therma Wrap, making this van extremely well insulated throughout the winter and summer. (also extremely dry)

The roof is lined with super lightweight Thermowood, all joints glued and anti friction foam applied, the ceiling also has low wattage LED directional down lights.

The walls are lined with high quality birch ply, super strong and supported with extra wall battens, again all glued and anti friction foam applied, it also has 4 coats of OSMO top oil applied making it easy to clean with a natural appearance. The rear storage area is coated with OSMO top oil and extra coats of Morrels Bar Top , hardening the wood and making it durable and water proof.

The Kitchen console is made up of Birch Ply and Glued Laminated Oak worktops, again coated in OSMO and Bar making it sleek but durable.The under counter lockable cupboard has 2 foam lined shelves giving plenty of storage room for all cooking utensils (included in the sale and new) whilst keeping them secure in transit. The fridge is brand new 70 litre and also has a freezer section. The worktop has a built in Dometic hob/sink , the sink having hot and cold running water, the hob having 2 gas burners. The side of the kitchen unit holds the bin area and outside light.

The seating area, 5’8 in length, brand new upholstery in grey, the cushion remove to reveal 2 large fully carpeted storage areas under the seat, the from face of the seating area is lined with Thermo wood. There is an Oak table that slides out with a fold out leg, perfect for lunch and dinner without taking up space. The floor is covered in a high quality non slip vinyl with Oak trims. The floor area is large enough for a travel cot or an adult on blow up single mattress.

The side sliding door is fully insulated and carpet lined as is the headliner above , to the side a handy oak shelf with book storage area, this area also has the light switches for the light, plug, usb ports and Truma control panel.

The face of the Bed area is covered with fully treated Birch Ply, a handy open fronted cupboard, fully carpet lined. A small sealed cupboard at the bottom houses the WC, to the side a large carpet lined cupboard for storing clothes etc.

The bed area is elevated but giving enough room to sit up in bed, the mattress is brand new and a super comfortable memory foam full double, to each side Birch Ply cup holders and Led Reading lights.

The garage are at the rear of the van is lit with switchable LED lighting, this area is large enough for a bike to be stowed (front wheel removed). The area is finished with Birch Ply and Slip proof rubber flooring. The main electrical box is mounted with easy access, the 9kg gas bottle holder is also housed , to the right side a cupboard that extends under the full lenght of the bed area, holds the outside seating and table. The panels are also removable allowing access to the leisure batteries, heating system and water tank/pump. The hot and cold shower is also located in the rear, perfect for showering at the rear and washing muddy dogs / boots. Coat hooks on the rear bed support, and a hanging area under the bed. This area also has a heating duct which drys wet clothing and boots. The rear doors are insulated, ply lined and then covered in Neoprene which repels water.

The outside of the van is finished in black, brand new all terrain tyres which are great for off the beaten track, also extremely quiet on the road. The water fill up point is located on the drivers side with a lockable cap. The Truma heating vent is also on the drivers side. The electrical hook up point is on the rear of the passenger side.The rear wheel carrier allows for more more ground clearance under the van.

The van weighs Just under 3 tonnes and is extremely well balanced, giving a really smooth ride, plenty of torque on steeper hills keeps things moving and the Sprinter driving experience is the best in my view.

Heating is provided by a top of the range Truma 4e combi boiler. A 10 litre hot water tank means hot water on demand. Heat vent in the living area and rear garage, the van can warm up within minutes, the truma control panel means you can leave to work on thermostat, works off gas and electric or both together, can also be controlled with an APP remotely (inet box not included)

The van also has blinds that attach by pop studs to the side windows and gap to the cab, additional thermally insulated blinds are included for the cab windows.

The van charges the leisure batteries while the engine is running, providing enough power to run the van for around 5 days once fully charged, optionally you can plug into site power through the hook up point.

Overview.
This van was professionally built to high standards and has been used 2 times. Unfortunately with a new born we are unable to properly use it and have decided to sell for that reason. Its a great looking van, doesn’t have any squeaks or rattles (a pet hate) and was a labour of love last winter, it has eletrical sign off and gas sign off.
