Mercedes Sprinter Camper
This is our beloved 2003 Mercedes Sprinter, it starts runs and drives on the button, she comes with 11 months MOT. It’s a 6 speed semi automatic which gives it the luxury and ease of an automatic and the added control advantages from a manual. Driving the van is incredibly easy and smooth especially on the motorway with its cruise control. In the beginning of this year we decided to for-fill one of our dreams and drive down to Morocco for winter, the van didn’t skip a beat, was good on fuel and had everything in it to live comfortably off grid for the entire 3 months we were away. We would fully recommend doing this trip and this is the perfect vehicle to do it in. Everything in the back is under 12 months old and fully operational. It includes a 150ah gel carbon leisure battery, 1000w renogy inverter, truma water heater, 250w solar panel, 3 way fridge, Belfast sink, hidden cassette toilet, outside shower and a refillable gaslow LPG tank. The van is equipped with an extended bed pod allowing me (6’ 3”) to sleep comfortably across the width of the van. On top the van has a heavy duty roof rack and a composite deck- perfect for sun bathing and catching the very last of the sun. This is a 21 year old van so there are signs of wear but nothing too severe.
