Professionally fitted out by myself to a high spec:

BEDROOM
Fixed end bedroom with full size double comfortable mattress (Enough room to fully sit up and read a book)
Plenty of cupboard storage either side and charging sockets. Opening Sky light above the bedroom with flyscreen and blind. Privacy curtain to cut off from the rest of the van.

KITCHEN
Moving forward is a galley kitchen with a lots of cupboard space and a cutlery draw. Fitted with a ISOTHERM 65 litre fridge. A full size single sink with hot and cold mixer tap. There is also a voyager 4500 oven grill and twin Hob all powered by LPG. Comes Fire extinguisher and fire blanket stored in the cupboards. There is also a extractor van fitted above the cooker.

BATHROOM
There is then a good sized wet room off the kitchen, fitted with a high pressure mixer shower and Thetford Porta Potti. Bathroom corner shelving and a towel ring. The bathroom comes with a extra fan inside.

LIVING AREA
In the living area the two front seats swivel round to face the double rear seat creating a comfortable living area. The two front seats are captain seats with double arm rests. All seats have been re-upholstered in high quality real leather. There is a pole and table (which is stored behind the double seat) to create a dining area. There is also a slot in cushioned board which can be slotted in between the front and double seat to create a sleeping area for a small adult/medium sized child. There is over head storage here, and also storage under the double seat.

EXTERIOR
There is fiamma f80s awning fitted with a outdoor led lighting strip. The full fiamma awning room and ground sheet also comes with the van. The van has just been washed waxed and polished. There are BF Goodrich all terrain tyres fitted all round the van. The rear suspension has also been upgraded to 5 ton leaf springs to give it the extra overland look. There is a fully functional winch attached to a strengthened front bumper which will pull you out of any sticky situation (I have a video of winch in action) On the roof there is a roof deck where you can sit and relax with a elevated view. Accessed by a included extendable ladder.

WATER SYSTEM
High pressure water at the tap is provided by a Shurflo trail king water pump with a expansion chamber. The hot water is instantly provided by the Ariston Next Evo instant water heater. There is a 280 litre fresh water tank with a 70 litre grey water tank. (Traveling with the fresh water tank only a quarter full of less is recommended to save fuel) The fresh water fill point is as you open the back doors, full length hose with multiple ends are included. The grey water empty tap is by the rear bumper.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
The van is powered by four x 150w solar panels which are on individual frames and can tilt towards the sun. The power then travels through a victron change controller to a battery bank of five x 110AH AGM leisure batteries. There is the a sterling battery to battery charge controller which charges the leisure batteries whilst driving. There is also a electric hook up point to connect at campsites which will power various 240v household plugs around the van and also power a battery charge that will charge the leisure batteries. A long electric hook cable is provided in the sale. There is 3000W inverter which powers various 240v household plugs around the van.

HEATING
The van is heated by a diesel heater which has always kept me warm even venturing into Scottish winters. It can be set on a timer and to your preferred heat. The van also been very well insulated on all floors, walls and ceiling. It also comes with a full set of thermal window covers. The hot water comes from a water heater powered from a refillable lpg bottle will filling point at the rear of the van.

LIGHTING
There are 12v downlighting throughout the van. Led lighting stop in the awning. Also multi coloured changeable led lighting in the living area and kitchen. There is also a reading light in the bedroom. There is a light bar attached to the front of the van which lights up the road ahead.

The van has just covered over 71,000 miles has just been serviced. Fresh oil, oil filter, air filter, pollen filter. MOT 19/3/25. The van is fitted with cruise control, air con and Bluetooth phone connectivity.

I have owned the van since 29,000 miles and it was bought off a family friend who used the van to transport his motorcycles. Conversion was completed at the start of 2022. Since then I’ve been across Europe as far as Greece in it, all over the UK and Multiple trips to Scottish highlands in winter. The van has performed fantastically, never missed a beat. Very capable of being off grid.
I’ve Just give it a refresh to get it up for sale, fresh paint inside, deep clean in and out and fresh service. This is a well maintained high spec van. Body work is excellent and regularly wax oiled underneath. The van is now ready to hit the road on a fresh adventure. Ready for E either full time van life or camping holidays.
