The Installation was completed to a very high standard with insulation and acoustic consideration in mind. 50mm Celotex Insulation in all walls and doors and 25mm in the floor, waterproof lining and Dodo sound deadening Included.
Kitchen
The beautiful kitchen was designed to connect seamlessly with the outdoors by being located adjacent to the side door. Including Wooden worktops, a 2 burner gas hob, Fridge, Kitchen Sink and plenty of storage.
Toilet and shower
There is a dedicated toilet space for increased convenience and privacy; an outdoor heated shower and water provided by an onboard 52 litre tank, fed via a 12v pump and heated by a gas water heater.
Seating and Dining
The built in seating area provides the perfect space for working whilst on the road, dining or just relaxing. With a comfortable foam seat and back rest and lots of under seat storage, every aspect considers both comfort and practicality. The dining table is connected in seconds and stores away neatly in the wardrobe
Sleeping
There is a fixed Bed for 2 people. Designed so that it can be slept in width ways or length ways for taller people. (175cm – 190cm + additional 10cm possible). Mattress included.
Storage
There is extensive storage to cater for even the most prepared of van lifers. With storage under the cabinets, floating from the walls, under the seating and sleeping areas.

5. Why I’m Selling
I converted this van in 2022 and set off around Europe with my partner in 2023, where we stumbled across our dream home and now live abroad. With all of the projects around the house we have no time for travel for now and so with some sadness its time to let her go…
