My partner and I have enjoyed countless unforgettable road trips across the UK — from Devon and Cornwall to Wales — as well as adventures abroad in France and Spain. It’s equally at home as a practical everyday vehicle, making it ideal for town and city driving.
Fully electric, it can be conveniently charged at home using a standard 3-pin socket (approximately 21.5 hours) or a dedicated 7kW wall box (around 7.5 hours). For quicker top-ups, public CHAdeMO rapid chargers can take it to 80% in just 40–60 minutes.
Compact and nimble, it’s incredibly easy to drive, park, and manoeuvre — and of course, it’s fully ULEZ compliant.
Originally bought in 2020, Nissan e-NV200 Tekna panel van was professionally and beautifully converted by Pioneer Campervans Ltd (Broadbridge heath, Horsham) in 2021.

Tekna is the top end model in the Nissan e-NV200 range and includes:
40kWh battery, providing approx 120-130 mile range. real world mileage (charges much higher in summer when warmer, I have often charged to 150 miles)
Rapid charging capabilities (80% in 40-60 mins). CHAdeMO connector
Bluetooth, cruise control, reversing camera,
air conditioning.
Includes “B” mode for stronger regenerative braking and “Eco” mode to maximize range
Also had a campervan awning rail fitted (to attach an awning directly to the van).
New front windscreen in July 2025.
3 cables included:
Type 1 plug/gun for the vehicle end to Type 2 plug/ for the charge point end
Type 1 to 3 pin
Caravan hook-up cable (for under vehicle mains hook-up)
Blackouts for front screen and driver windows.
The van was converted in Pioneer Campervans Limited conversion in 2021, their all-electric option which included:
