PLEASE NOTE: We try and keep the overall design of our builds bare and fresh whilst using high quality appliances and materials, by doing this we give the new owner a chance to add there own personal touch, however if you would like other items fitted such as bike rack, roof rack, swivel bases, single seats or curtains, we would be happy to help fit these so that this van is truly ready for the open road. We often can get these items at hugely discounted prices too!

The layout features a simplistic design with a perfect balance between kitchen and lounge space, also included is a fully rotational/removable dining style table and large sink

SEATING/BED CUSHIONS: made from 4 inch luxury medium foam, upholstered in a textured upholstering grey textured material, sewn with heavy duty bonded nylon thread. Each cushion is fitted with zips and fitted with features a special underlining material called Nautolex, designed to provide breathability and allow moisture to escape.

BED: transform from day mode to bed mode within 30 seconds. This layout takes advantage of a planks which are conveniently stored behind the drivers seat that simply slot in and acts as part of the bed setup. measurements of the bed is approximately 230cm longer and 125cm wide.

INSULATION: Walls, Ceiling and floor have been thoroughly insulated and sealed with insulation foil tape and reflective YBS thermawrap insulation material for vapour barrier, this also keeps the van cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

ELECTRICAL:
An incredibly powerful BRAND NEW Goal Zero Yeti 1500x edition Solar station outputs both 12v and 240v and comes with a 1 year manufacturer warranty. This unit allows the capability of being fully off grid for long periods of time depending on energy consumption. To simply explain this set-up: the unit contains everything you would typically find in a camper-van electrical set up but in one solid and safe product. GOAL ZERO are sought to be the leading brand in terms of these particular power station, this unit alone is worth £2199. Please take a look at Goal Zero online to gather a better understanding. We opt for this system in all our builds due to it’s safer, simpler and incredibly reliable design. The unit can be charged in three different ways; by the wall, whilst driving via 12v Cigarette lighter socket or via solar panels (solar not included). Additional batteries can also be purchased and connected for even longer extended wild camping

FRIDGE: extremely economical and reliable DOMETIC CFX 35 powered by 12v or 240v. Variable settings, including fridge/freezer. chest style for keeping in the cold, this is located in the seat storage.

COOKER: Campinggaz Camp Bistro 2, 4 gas canisters will be included.

TOILET: Brand new Thetford 345 PORTA POTTI. chemicals are also included.

STORAGE: HUGE storage is found under the entire seating/bed area, also housing fridge and toilet system as-well as electrical which is in its own separate compartment, This can be accessed by 3 individual lift up lids without having to open the rear doors.

KITCHEN: 3 large wide draws, large lower cupboard space. under the sink is another cupboard housing the water system which can also be accessed from the sliding door. Worktop is made from solid Wood.

WATER SYSTEM: two 19l grey/fresh water containers below sink. Water is fed by a submersible water pump powered by 12v. The Faucet provides two setting and extends.

FLOORING: Luxury vinyl flooring, fully waterproof with a durable hard wearing layer
