Exceptionally good condition due to low miles, sailed through the last 3 MOTs. Drives really well, cruises comfortably at 70mph and plenty of power for acceleration. 5 owners but owned for most of its time by Blue Cross animal charity, where it was hardly driven and kept in the dry. 2004 vehicle but only done 40k miles, and mainly mid-long journeys in the countryside and motorway cruising – no stop start short trips. Sprinters like this one are million mile club members – they regularly clock up a million miles or more so this one should have many many miles of happy camping ahead of it. Also the last generation of sprinter van without all the new fangled electrics so parts are straight forward. Body work has some scrapes but in very good condition for its age. Rust treated and painted plus paint on tide mark to break away from the all white sprinter look. New tyres and brake pads fitted at 38,320 miles. New battery Feb 2026.
Despite the age of this vehicle she’s been cared for very well, mostly owned by blue cross and stored inside. There have been 3 owners since, using her for occasional camping trips. The engine is in amazing condition and drives very well. The previous owners purchased her with a basic conversion and refurbished her into what it is today. Reversing camera fitted.
Very spacious inside and full king size bed – I’m 6’2″ and there’s plenty of room. Cosy country cottage vibe, beautiful bespoke wooden worktop and cabinetry, and a bespoke folding dining table that fits perfectly between the bench seats. Full size internal shower room with portable toilet. Diesel heater works well. Air conditioning unit fitted to the main living space (just needs a re-gas). Gas hob, kitchen sink, plenty of storage, detachable grey water tank, fridge freezer. A couple of minor things need some work to get everything 100%, which I’ve considered in the price. Water heater isn’t getting power. Wiring for the diesel heater could do with a more secure connection as one of the terminals shakes off the wire sometimes when driving – can be easily reattached but it’s not ideal. Worth fitting a new timer to the fridge freezer to keep it at a stable fridge temp. The freezer on full drains the leisure batteries after a day or two if it’s left on constantly. These should be simple fixes (I just don’t have the time at the moment!), but I can arrange for the work to be carried out prior to purchase if needed (price adjusted to cover costs).
