Our friend Fred

Meet Fred, our much loved campervan — a professionally converted home-on-wheels that has been with us through countless adventures across the country, in every season and whatever the weather has thrown at us. Four years on from his conversion, Fred remains as trusty and characterful as ever, and it is with very heavy hearts that we are saying goodbye. Our growing family has simply outgrown him, and we know he deserves a new family ready to make memories of their own.
Step inside and you’ll immediately notice what makes Fred special — panoramic views from every angle, thanks to windows we specifically requested to be fitted on all sides during the conversion. Light floods in wherever you look, making the interior feel open, airy, and utterly joyful to spend time in.
The dining area transforms effortlessly into a large double bed, with a generous space underneath perfectly sized for two dogs. Storage has been thoughtfully considered throughout, with ample room under the bed and a run of cupboards above. For those slow, quiet mornings, there’s a dedicated leisure seat — built specifically so you can sit back with your coffee and soak up the views while the rest of the van is still fast asleep.
The kitchen is finished with a beautifully conditioned solid wood counter that gives the space a warm, crafted feel — the kind of detail that makes Fred feel like more than just a van.
Complete with solar panels so that you can wild camp to your hearts content without the need of mains power.
Fred does come a few minor bumps and bruises but nothing in any way that impedes his performance.
The sale can include a drive-away awning tent to extend your living space, camping chairs, wheel ramps, and a full set of cutlery and kitchen utensils — everything you need to simply arrive and enjoy.
Fred is ready for his next adventure. Is that with you?
