Exterior
Paloma has been left as ‘stealthy’ as possible. In the original colour of white. The bodywork is in
sound condition and overall is in a good condition. Paloma is fitted with a ladder to the back
RHS door, leading to roof access to the solar panels and a custom built viewing platform.
A perfect spot to watch the sun go down into a starry night sky.
This space is also able to be used for additional storage, along with the other two roof bars on
top of the vehicle.
Some exterior panels have been restored and painted. There are a few cosmetic blemishes
including some rust spots and a dent to the LHS which I will show in the pictures.
The van conversion is fitted with a rear camera to make reversing and parking easier.

Conversion Description

Paloma was creatively designed and built with the vision of creating a versatile home from home
with some of the comfort and practicalities whilst on the road.
A comfortable, minimalist space to relax and unwind, somewhere to recharge as well as a
space recharging yourselves and your gadgets, a sociable place to cook and host friends (it’s
possible to get more than four adults around that dining table!), a cosy cabin to curl up and
watch movies on the built in projector screen by (usb) candlelight after a long day of hiking, and
of course a rooftop deck to drink cocktails and watch the sun go down. A perfect vehicle to
retreat to whilst in the wilderness or, a retreat to return to at Wilderness (or insert your festival of
choice).
Paloma has been an amazing project for me, and a home from home. I am reluctantly selling
due to buying my first home but I hope that it brings someone new the pleasure of freedom that
it has provided me.

Fundamentals
Paloma was fully converted in 2020-2021.
Being a high top, long wheel base, there is ample room and anyone under 6ft can stand at full
head height.
Although it is a self build, the interior has been overseen by a trades professional.
The conversion has a solid underpinning. Sound-deadener throughout, and a high quality
insulation of the roof, walls and floor ensured to keep you cool in the summer and warm in the
winter and with minimal outside noise as possible. The flooring is wooden laminate and the
ceiling and walls are clad throughout with light weight pine, finished in a few protective layers of
high quality OSMO Polyx Oil, for a protective translucent finish.
Fully off grid, with two solar panels, 2 leisure batteries, inverter and split charge relay (pictures
included) there is more than sufficient electricity to power your gadgets, including 1 double plug
socket (12v).
Including 2 x Built in fast charging USB ports
2 x 12v lighter charging sockets
LPG gas tank, with external fillining.
The cork clad back doors open over 180 degrees offering an unspoilt view.
The LHS sliding door has a large clear window and the RHS has a framed tinted window.

Lounge/Bedroom
The U shaped seating area serves as a comfortable communal dining/leisure space with a
corked tabletop on a removable leg. This area transforms into a king size double bed, with a
few simple maneuvers of dropping the table, and inserting a panel (which stores away in the
boot when not in use).
The roomy bed is 200x150cm, sleeping two larger adults very comfortably, and three cozily.

this heater is installed to go, but will need to be installed.

intended to install but due to sale have not done.

Fire extinguisher and carbon monoxide monitor on board.
External security lock secure lock.
