Part-converted camper needs your finishing touches!

I’ve been converting a 2017 Ford Transit 350 but, due to a change in work circumstances, I’m no longer getting the time or budget to finish the conversion. So I’m looking to sell the van so it’s not just sat on my drive. This is a great starting point for someone that doesn’t want to faff with all of the insulation and boring bit.

I’ve already installed:
New alloys and tyres on all wheels
Three external windows
One window in the bulk head
All of the insulation is done to high standard (mainly with celutex)
Laminate flooring
Sound reduction
MaxxFan
All wiring done ready to fit appliances (with diagram to share)
Wooden countertops in my garage ready to install.
I also have all victron components ready to install, an unboxed LG fridge and watertanks etc. Happy to chuck these in if needed.

It just needs someone to panel the walls and fit furniture and it’s good to go.

I bought the van for £12K and have put about £6K into it. I know I’m going to make a loss but I’m just keen to move on now as I’m not getting the time to finish it since switching careers.

I’m looking to get as close to £11K as I can, but happy to chat.

This van at this mileage (fully converted) seems to be selling at between £22K – £30K. So there’s room for a nice chunk of profit for someone who has the time.
