Reason For Sale:

After a year of full time travel in the van around the UK and Europe, we are starting a new adventure in Australia! This Van with all its equipment has been a big asset which we had hoped to keep while we were away, but due to last minuet changes to our plans (we are not likely to back for a few years now), we are having to sell it this summer.

🛠 Conversion and General Info

• Professional Conversion: Completed by an electrician for full-time European travel during
Covid, then purchased by us and we have upgraded the internal design for a comfortable
look.

• Off-Grid Living: Equipped to live completely off-grid with solar panels, water systems, and
plenty of power storage.

having plenty of space for multiple passengers.

🚗 Mechanical Details

• MOT Valid Until: July 2026 (Reg NA64 XCK)

• Recent Upgrades & Maintenance in the past year:
o New brakes (installed as advised)
o Full set of all-weather Tires
o Full comprehensive service completed in July 2024

• Current State:
o 2 glow plugs need replacing, this is not urgent and doesn’t effect how the van drives. We have not had time to do this as we are moving around a lot.
The engine intermittently goes into limp mode, we’ve been told this is likely due to the glow plugs needing replacing.

• Fixed Double Bed:

o Custom Foam Mattress with washable covers for easy cleaning.

o Designed for maximum comfort – sleeps two adults easily.

o Adjustable Length:
 when orientated so you sleep the width of the van: ~175cm (fits 6ft person with slight knee
bend).
 Bed can extend out so you are orientated along the length of the van: ~185cm (feet can also
hang from bed in this orientation if you are taller)

• Large Sink: With flexible high pressure tap and a built-in soap dispenser.

 60L Underslung Freshwater Tank or
 4x15L Indoor Drinking Water Containers with a switch to choose between the two sources

 60L Grey water tank with easy release drain

• Hot Water: Instant water boiler powered by LPG gas for tap and shower.

• Cooking:
o Foldable two-ring gas hob and oven for space efficiency.

• Dual Charging: Batteries charge via solar and the van’s engine.

• Emergency feature: Leisure batteries can jumpstart the car battery. Never had to use this but
a helpful measure built in by previous owner.

• External Power Hookup: Connect at campsites or mains for battery charging and 240v power
to plugs without needing the inverter on.

• Power Efficiency:
o Summer: Batteries rarely drop below 80%.
o Winter: easily 1 week of power with no sun, charging or driving.
