Detailed Information
Vehicle Description

If you are over 5ft 10 in tall I suggest you read no further due to the internal height being 4ft 6in somewhat similar to a Volkswagen camper van. The sale is only because I am 97 years old, too much to drive safely. The accommodation is a professionally made aluminium cabin (10ft X 7ft X 4ft 6in) bolted on a Ford Transit LWB cab chassis. The cabin was unbolted and lifted by 6 men from the previous cab/chassis I owned therefore eventually it could be placed on a masonry support as a temporary bedroom or children’s playhouse. The 6ft high cabin was reduced in height to 4ft 6in to allow the motorhome to just pass through the 7ft high entrance to my garage. The vehicle has a stainless steel exhaust and 6 nearly new tyres. It has been off- road since Covid 19 began but it passed the MOT on 11th March 2025.

The motorhome is less attractive externally than most but internally better than many in having wood panelled walls and 6 double glazed opening windows. The 2 seats sit 4 people and become a 6ft 9in X 4ft bed. Storage under each seat is 4ft X 2ft X 1ft 6 in and behind it a box sufficient for bedding. There is also storage under the sink and in the wardrobe which has 1ft 5in wide full hanging space and 10in wide drawers. There is an Electrolux Fridge/Freezer RM212 A (gas,12V and 240V) and a FlavelB700 hob. grill, oven. The toilet compartment has a Porta Potti 66 WC, a hand held shower and storage for 14 galls water. There are 3 Camping Gas 907 cylinders and 3 Morco 12V strip lights. There are security features for both the cab/chassis and the cabin.

My wife and I found it comfortable to live in on holidays including a three months tour of Europe.

Cash or bank transfer on collection from Reading Berkshire.
