We are The Scandinavian Campervan company two friends that started out as Caravan / Motorhome engineers we’ve been in the trade most of our working lives. We’ve been converting vans into campers for several years now. We tend to use lots of timber and natural timber finishes in our builds but can design and build to suit lots of different tastes.

Why go anywhere else when you can get a beautifully converted van finished to a high standard using all the best products on the market at a very reasonable price compared to our competitors.

For example, a LWB 6m campervan conversion (not including the base van) fully off grid all electric setup no gas, with all the best products and appliances on the market currently for £26,500 including vat.

Here’s a list of what’s included in our Oasis Conversion

Cab

● 1x single standard driver’s seat
● 1x double standard passenger seat (Can be changed to a
single passenger seat at extra cost)

Exterior

● 1x privacy bonded tinted opening window to the sliding door (
this can be changed to a fixed window or different style prices
vary)
● 2x 400×400 roof lights clear, opening with integrated blind and
flynet’s . Located at the front and rear of the van . ( can be
changed to a fan or larger rooflights or no rooflights prices vary)

Insulation & lining

● Dodo sound deadening
● Silver Foil insulation
● Glass Mineral wool Insulation ( insulation can be changed if
required prices vary)
● Spruce Cladding on walls and ceiling treated with Danish oil to
keep the natural colour of the wood . ( Wall and ceiling covering
can be changed for something else or painted / stained prices
vary )
● Vinyl Roll Flooring ( 100’s of Choices )
● Recesses at the head and foot of the bed to give roughly 6ft 3”
● Garage space with storage floor and wheel arch boxed finished
with black rubber chequer plate effect. Walls and underside of
bed in 4 way stretch Anthracite carpet .

Water System

● Underslung pressure fill 66L fresh water tank and 50L waste
water tank with exterior drain down hose .
● Domestic sink in Stainless steel / Black Composite / White
Composite ( A different style of sink can be fitted prices may
vary)
● Domestic Kitchen tap ( 100’s of choices )
● 12V water pump, filter and accumulator
Shower mixer tap in chrome / Shower hose in chrome / Mineral bead shower head.
Shower mixer tap in chrome / mineral beads shower head / chrome shower hose / chrome suction cup shower head holder . ( All can be changed to suit customers taste at extra cost )

Heating / Water heating

Truma combi D4E Diesel and 240v heater that heats the water and living space . Touch screen control panel . In our opinion the best heater money can buy currently . ( can be changed if required but costs vary )

Gas System

● Gas Locker situated in the garage area for a 2.75kg bottle .
Bulkhead regulator / gas hose and adaptor . ( This can be
changed for a larger locker or an underslung gas tank prices
vary )
● Thetford Topline 922 2 burner hob ( this can be changed for a
different gas hob or electric . or perhaps an oven at extra cost )
● Carbon monoxide alarm and smoke alarm ( LPG alarm can be
added at extra cost )

Electrical System

● 130ah AGM Leisure battery ( this can be changed or upgraded to
a Lithium battery in various sizes or a larger AGM battery at
extra cost )
● 30 Amp Victron Orion DC-DC charger ( this can be upgraded to a
50 amp charger at extra cost )
● Victron 30 amp blue smart mains charger to keep your leisure
battery charged when plugged into a campsite or at home.
● Victron 500A Bluetooth shunt to monitor your leisure battery
from your phone.
● Electrical hook-up point ( in either black or white van colour
dependant)
● 8x silver surround 12V warm white ceiling spotlights ( These can
be changed for something different if required prices may vary)
2x reading lights ( colour to suit customer preference prices
may vary )
● 50-litre Dometic 12v compressor fridge / freezer in silver ( this
can be changed or upgraded to a larger fridge at extra cost )
● 2x 240v double sockets with usb’s one located over the kitchen
area and one located under the bench seat. ( socket location can
be changed or additional sockets fitted at extra cost . Socket
colour to suit client )
● 2x twin 12v USB sockets . one fitted in the bed area and one
fitted in the seating area. ( locations can be changed and
additional sockets can be fitted at extra cost)
● 1x RCD consumer unit
● 1x 12v Fuse board
● 1x Ceiling lights dimmer switch located over top of sliding door
( choice of dimmer switches and choice of switch location )
● 1x Ceiling light switch in bed area ( choice of switches and
location to suit the client )

Furniture

● Fixed double bed with memory foam 4” mattress ( This can be
changed for a thicker or different mattress to suit the client at
extra cost)
● 1x Overhead cupboards above bench seat ( Additional
cupboards can be fitted or removed prices vary)
● 1x Overhead cupboards above foot end of bed Additional
cupboards can be fitted or removed prices vary)
● 1x Bench seat drivers side. Cladded to match walls and ceiling .
Access doors to the front and access hatch from the top for
storage . ( size can be altered or a pull out can be added to make
a bed if required prices vary)
● Table top to match worktop on a Lagun leg mounted on a bench
seat .
● Kitchen worktop in 22mm Oak with double sink insert ( Worktop
material can be changed prices vary )
● Tiled Metro plastic tile backsplash (Can be changed or removed
to suit the client prices vary)
● 1x draw above fridge which can be used for cutlery .
● 1x Cupboard below sink with shelf .
● 1x Cupboard below hob with shelf . ( Can be changed to draws
or something to suit the client prices vary)
● Bedside floor cupboard with top matching worktop . with a
shelf. ( Can be altered or changed to draws or what suits the
client prices vary) .
● 1x Lift up worktop end flap in Oak 22mm . ( Can be changed to a
different material / material dependant prices vary )
● Kitchen unit carcasses / overhead cupboard carcasses made
from lightweight plywood finished in white . ( colour can be
changed to suit the client at extra cost.
● Door and draw front made from birch plywood painted . 100’s of
colour choices . ( door style / colour / material can be altered to
suit client prices vary )
● Access door from the front of the bed into the garage area.

Shower / Toilet cubicle

Cubicle size – Length – 1m x width 700 cm measurements are approximate. ( Cubicle size can be made smaller if required ) .

Exterior clad to match walls and ceiling . White acrylic capped shower tray not flimsy plastic . Walls & ceiling finished in white gloss hygiene board. ( Shower wall finish can be changed at extra cost )
Tambour shower door in silver ( colour of door or style of door can be changed at extra cost.
Wall extractor fan exterior in either black or white van colour dependant .
Thetford Porta potti removable ( Can be changed for a chemical toilet or composite toilet at extra cost .

Soft Furnishings

● Blackout curtain to separate the cab from the living in black (
colour can be changed prices vary )
● 4” back and base foam cushions with dacron . ( Density to suit
customer / Thickness can be altered prices vary )
● Cushion covers with 100’s of fabric choices.
● Sliding door curtain set in to window recess in black or grey (
colour can be changed or a blind added prices vary )
