Detailed Information
Vehicle Description

Due to our growing family, we are reluctantly putting our cherished Fiat Ducato campervan up for sale. This van has been a trusted companion on many memorable adventures, and we have maintained it meticulously to ensure its reliability for the next owner.

Key Specifications
– Engine: 2.2L diesel
– Seating: 3 belted seats
– Transmission: 5-speed manual gearbox
– Mileage: 90,000 miles
– MOT: Valid until March 2026
– Full service History
– 43MPG (mix of town and motorway driving)

Maintenance & Service History
– Serviced annually by a trusted garage every 10,000 miles (or less in some cases)
– Complete service history available, including records from the previous owner (Hillcrest Housing Association).
– Recent updates in the past year include:
– New front brakes and rear brake.
– Oil change
– Replacement of the auxiliary belt
– New N/S suspension arm and CV joint

We had the van thoroughly inspected in April 2024 prior to going on our honeymoon roadtrip through Spain and France. 3000 mile trip and the van never skipped a beat.

Additional Information

The van experiences a slight hesitation when started in cold weather. There are no fault codes, and it runs smoothly after about 30 seconds. Our mechanic believes this is most likely due to a fuel rail pressure sensor—a minor issue that has never affected its performance during our ownership.

There is a small scrape on the back right corner (as shown in the photos), affecting only the vinyl.

Conversion Description

For sale is our Fiat Ducato campervan which we have had lots of great adventures in. We converted it and put a lot of thought into how we wanted everything laid out- it’s super comfy, sociable and feels really spacious.

We are selling the camper now because we have a growing family and we will need a 4 berth, before long!

Conversion features:

– Deep foam cushioned sofa with fold down backrest (this forms part of the bed at night)
– The bed is set up across the van. It’s a double size bed for 2 adults and the total length is 1.9m.
– Mattress is firm foam with built in memory foam topper
– The backrest has 3 locking hinges to swap to bed mode (less than 30secs to convert and each hinge rated to 100kg)
– Very convenient to swap between layouts

– Double burner hob and sink (also dometic) with electric water pump

– Kitchen unit has 2 big drawers on soft close sliders for food/plates/caffetiere etc etc
– Largest drawer fitted with interior bungee to prevent rattles of crockery etc
– Left hand side of kitchen unit (behind drivers seat) has extra bungee storage for frying pans and pots
– Storage space under the kitchen drawers houses the gas bottle, 2x 10L water containers with lots of space for storing food (perfectly shaped for collecting wine whilst driving through France)

– Storage nets on both the walls of the van and in the rear barn door.

– Timber clad tongue and groover ceiling with spotlights
– Carpeted walls (fully insulated and sound deadening panels)
– Insulated floor (165cm standing height)
– Ply cabinetry sealed with satin varnish
– Interior insulated carpeted window covers – creates a cosy interior when tucked in for the night

🧰 Condition

The van is in good condition for its age. Bodywork is solid with a few expected age-related marks and light scratches — nothing unusual for a 14-year-old vehicle.

Mechanically sound, it’s had everything it has needed in the time that I have owned it.
