Detailed Information
Vehicle Description

2.2tdi
Engine in really good condition, ex John Lewis van
Serviced my mercedes till 144000 miles, serviced by me for the last 35000 miles. Has had a few thousand pounds on parts spent on it over the last couple thousand miles, parts that would wear at this mileage
-both turbos
-clutch kit dual mass flywheel
– catlic converter
-egr
– front shocks and tyres
– battery and alternator
-intercooler and hoses
Recently done the rear discs pads and shoes, discs were pitted and an MOT advisory.
The MOT is till September, but happy to put a year on it if someone is serious about buying it.
Has been a brilliant reliable vehicle and owned for ten years, brought from a dealer who had brought from an ex fleet auction. Used to live in it whilst saving up for a house and is not being used enough anymore so wasted on me, which is the reason for selling.

Conversion Description

I built this to live in many years ago and was perfect for my needs, the electrics are all overkill as it’s my profession, got a few lighting circuits mostly on two way switching, some decent external flood lights on the rear which are useful.

There’s a 280 watt solar panel on the roof and a split charger from the cab to charge the agm leisure battery which is in good condition, but smaller than the original I had when I lived in the van.

The external battery tray was designed to carry a much bigger battery so easy to upgrade if you were to live in permanently.

All the windows are on the roof as I designed it as a stealth camper but easy to put more windows in especially on the rear door.

Recently cleaned it all out, had a decent deep clean, a few coats of fresh paint and a new smoke detector and carbon monoxide tester fitted.

Looks a bit bear with all my stuff removed but very spacious. The woodburner is old and I think it should be removed and replaced with a hobbit or squirrel or possibly a half decent diesel heater, burner is very nice in the winter though.

I’m very reluctant to sell because it’s a very well looked after vehicle, extremely reliable with a bulletproof engine, I have no parking and it’s a chapter of my life that must close.

Beds Description

Has a permanent standard small double which is really comfortable, but plenty of room for berths below.
