Pine-wood cladding through out with plywood kitchen & storage. Raised fixed double bed to the rear, two large overhead storage cupboards at the foot of the bed, great little shelves for books & bits, reading strip light. Next to the bed are 4 large drawers, enough to keep all your tableware, gadgets etc stored and the electrical switches, solar controller with 2x USB sockets, mains 230v socket & switches for the lights, tap & to change battery source.

Comfy two seater storage bench, looking out on the sliding door window its my favourite spot to sit and watch the waves from. Under the bench are all your electrics, I’m assured there’s enough power in the set up to add on cookers, TV’s etc. Mains power & switch to 230v, 12v leisure battery. The dining table is stored up in the over-cab storage and plugs into the floor.

Opposite the seating is the kitchen, double unit with a domestic sunken sink & 2 gas hobs. The gas container is safely stored below and has certified sign off, water containers are currently 12L but plenty of space for more if you wanted to move these into the boot. The tap is also electric water pressured. Lots of storage in the kitchen for pots, pans & food. Cupboard doors open internally and externally. The fridge is stored under the bed, 48L 12v perfect for beers & fresh food. There is a diesel heater which is amazing, absolute god send this winter, with a remote so you don’t have to get out of bed until it’s warm. LED spotlights as well as fairy lights. Two roof vents. Also includes a Thetford toilet, currently stored under the bed.

This van has so much storage space, the boot under the bed is huge, I’ve had all sorts of sports equipment under here, there space under the seats at the front and also overhead in the cab. The cab itself is in decent condition, includes a reversing camera, 3 belted seats, the middle seat folds down to create a table and makes ease access into the van. This area can be sectioned off at night by the blackout curtain.

FINALLY, externally the van was beautifully sprayed white & grey when I purchased it, I’ve added ladders to the rear for easy access to the roof which could be used for racking up surfboards, extra storage or even adding a deck. There’s a good sized 100w solar panel up there. The body work is in good condition. It has a full 12 month MOT, I have recently replaced the rear brake discs, pads & callipers.
