We are selling her as my job circumstances are changing and will not have the time to rent her out as much via Quirky, or have the time to enjoy ourselves, so we want her to go to a good home.
Her conversion was documented on YouTube by her previous owner Dietlind, hence why we named her Deets for renting out. She was designed for self-sufficient full-time vanlife living, so comes with :
-300W of Solar power generation on the roof, solar charge control system and 220AH leisure battery coupled with split-charge relay to charge from the alternator when driving,
-25L Underslung LPG tank fitted.
-A massive 200L freshwater tank (renters love this as it means less refilling), filtered through a mariner dock refill system.
-Hot water through Imass Instant Hot Water Heater
-Wet room with overhead and handheld shower, (there is also a heated outdoor shower as well)
-Fixed Double Bed across the rear of the van.
-Full Height Wardrobe
-Top Loading 12v Electric 15L Fridge
-70L Grey Water Tank
-Maxxair Fan
-Diesel Heater
-2 Burner Gas Hob
-Exterior Gas BBQ outlet with Gas BBQ/Oven (we cooked a sunday roast on it)

-Large Garage storage area.
-External Mounted 3G/4G Antenna and Wifi Router – (Works using a mobile Sim Card to give enhanced Wifi capability)
-Kitchen accessories, Pots, Pans, Knives, cutlery, plates, glasses, essentially everything that we would provide as a rental to go.
Deets is Mot’d until March 2027 and has a Gas Safety Certificate that is valid until Jan 2027
She has been meticulously maintained in the nearly four years we have owned her, with regular engine servicing and maintenance, all documented. Just recently she has had a new handbrake and Service. Her 2.2 Diesel Engine has now done 146000 miles, extremely economical and never skipped a beat!, her next full service is due in 12,000 miles.

Scandi-Style Conversion. Deets is named after her builder Dietlind Schirmer who painstakingly converted her in late 2019/early 2020 to be her new home to further her photography/film production business. She was named as the Best Self build of 2020 by Nate Murphy’s Adventure Channel. Lisa and Mark bought her in early 2021 after Dietlind decided to relocate to South Africa and build herself a 4×4 version.
