SELLING AS NEED MONEY FOR NURSERY FOR MY CHILD _ LONE PARENT

Sunshine is quirky and wonderful and has a great deal of life left in her. Bodywork has dents & bruises along the way of her many wonderful travels. The interior is still excellent and well suited for a lone or couple travellers. I’m pricing with the consideration of the few bits of work that you may want to do which I am 100% honest with you about, as said her MOT just passed so any extra work is optional.

I have taken up to date pics of all the lumps and bumps, the pic of her with beautiful background at the yorkshire dales shows her at her full potential.

Interior:

– LIKE NEW RECONDITIONED WOOD BURNING ANEVAY TRAVELLERS STOVE with 5 YEAR SAFTEY WARRANTY, valid until 12/ 08 / 2030 – Worth £720

– BRAND NEW 1000KW leisure battery installed plus split charge relay means power is always running well, the electrics are now to a standard that you can live entirely OFF GRID if so desired – bought for £500

– BRAND NEW DOMETIC FRIDGE installed in kitchen bought brand new last year at £700

Lots of thought has gone in to the interior. You can have layout as sofa where you can walk through from side door to back, nice for a through breeze and sitting with a cuppa.

Bed pulls out very easily and has 3 layers of mattress for a super comfy sleep.

The shower is fitted near the back door so you can use it all fresco in summer, can easily attach fitting in cigarette lighter to make water heated (just didn’t get round to it)

There’s enough room to pass between the cab and the back without leaving the vehicle, which has been reassuring to me when travelling solo.

– Inside stereo speakers need replacing – (simple cheap job just didn’t get round to it)

Vehicle:

BODYWORK needs rust patches treating and you may want to replace the rear door. There are other cosmetic lumps and bumps. It’s functional but repair would look better.

Garage says the chassis is free from rust. I have just replaced propp shaft with brand new that will have years of life in it. I am happy to send more pictures if needed.

Dents do not affect the structure of the van but do come up as minor advisories on the MOT, just passed 4th September 2025

Here are the advisories on the MOT;

– Tyre worn close to legal limit on edge nearside rear

– Integral body structure deformed but structural ridgidity not significantly reduced nearside rear lower

– Track rod end ball joint has slight play offside front inner

– Wheel bearing has slight play offside front

Other

– Coil light is coming on NOT an issue on MOT

– Airbag light on driver side also coming on but this was not an issue on MOT and could be fixed quite easily with a couple hours labour

-New gas safe certificate require for gas as mine is out of date and expected to pass . . European gas bottle currently in and am including the UK fixer and spare empty gas bottle to replace if you want it

The van has a good engine with low mileage for the year.

I’ve had it serviced regularly. The van has never let me down and has many more miles left.
