Myself and my wife built this van in 2021, followed by a two year adventure around the UK, Europe and Türkiye. It was our home, we got married with this van, made lifelong friends, used it to deliver aid during the Türkiye earthquakes in 2023 and much more.
After a year on the road, we did a few updates to make it even better, such as a swivel passenger seat, lift kit, 100ah lithium battery.
The build is very much focused on comfortable full time living with two people! In this micro camper, there is no need to cook outside, the seating isn’t ridiculously high so you can sit up straight and the large kitchen is easily used and accessible without having to do the Macarena.
Kitchen (for you foodies)
-3 hob burner, with the ability to cook inside or outside standing under the rear door
-6kg Gas It Refillable LPG bottle with external filler
-Sink, tap & 12v water pump in 20L fresh water container
-We manage to carry around 37 liters of fresh water in total
-20L Grey water container
-Plenty of prep spaces and table possibilities. We can easily sit with four people inside and enjoy a meal.
Electrics (Great off grid capabilities)
-100ah Rhythmic LifePO4 Battery with Bluetooth
-100w Solar panel (tiltable)
-20a Volt Polska MPPT solar controller
-20a Renogy DC/DC Charger
-600w Volt Polska Inverter
-Dimmable LED ceiling lights
-USB plugs
-Exterior led flood light
-Front and rear light bars (starter batt)
-Carbon monoxide detector
Heating
-2kw Diesel heater (fed from main diesel tank)
Bed dimensions
185cm X 97cm. Absolutely comfortable for me and my wife, if you are taller there is possibility to stretch out even further on the swivel seat side.
The sofa/bed is a very cool but simple design, with the options of having a longer sofa or a quick smaller bed for a lay down, while still having good access to the front/swivel seat.
Storage
Loads of it – under floors, above front seats, under the bed, there is a lot! Also a cool retro Thule ski box provides loads of extra storage space.
Toilet/shower
-A shovel or a small bucket with cat litter
-Outdoor shower system as the kitchen tap pulls out. Cold, but possible to take the water pump out and into a bucket of warm water.
Ventilation
-Front wind deflectors
-Mushroom vent at the rear with an electric fan
-Sliding windows on both rear doors
-Pop out windows at the rear
Privacy
-5% window tints at the rear
-Magnetic Blackout blinds front and rear
-Front cab divider curtain
-Wolfbox dashcam, standby mode with front and rear cameras
