Hi! Welcome to my Beautiful VW Crafter.
I built this van for off-grid and self-sustained adventures all over the UK and Europe! For the past year the van has been enjoyed as a home from home in the French alps and what an absolute delight it’s been. Winter and summer it’s kept me warm and cool. Insulated to the maximum and fitted with a high end heater and boiler combi unit for no nonsense showering off-grid. With a Victron powered electrical system it’s gone above and beyond for keeping me charged and ready for remote work anywhere.
From years of experience converting other vehicles, I designed the layout of the crafter around a fully functional shower and toilet room doubling as a drying room – fit within the MWB chassis. Paired with a large garage with NO ugly/dangerous/exposed electrics like many others do (for some strange reason). So all space in garage is usable and risk free! Loads of options for filling it up, but great for soaking wet gear or just lots of extra luggage! Storage example in photos but for instance I would have 5x snowboards (3 with bindings fitted) and 2x mountain bikes on some posh rail mounted fork mounts (will leave these in there). 12v power point and 240v back there so perfect for charging e-bikes or boot dryers.
Sad to have to see it go but I’m moving to Canada so needs must!
