VOLKSWAGEN T5 CAMPERVAN WITH FULL ACCESSORIES

Here we have a 2013 T5 1968cc Diesel campervan for sale. This was bought in late 2020 with the aim of running out for hire.
Sadly, we have had to close the company due to not being able to achieve the revenues we had anticipated.
The van was purchased for a well know northern Camper converter and came well kitted out with leisure battery, Inverter, mains hook up, sink and two ring gas burners. Pop top with ¾ rock and roll pull out bed and with 5 seats with seat belts. The van came lowered with 20inch alloys, low profile tyres and tow bar electrics fitted. Van has AC. Mileage at purchase was just over 143k.
The van does have the desirable double side sliding doors, and comes with AC.
It is registered as a transporter, even after the company that converted endeavoured to get registered as a campervan. We have had no issue in that respect.
From the point of purchase in 2021 we did some further upgrades which included a planar diesel heater fitted below the van, gas safe box, which has been tested each year until recent, and we upgraded the standard VW radio for new touch screen Pioneer unit.
The van at time came sadly with no service history, so without risking it we have a full service carried out together with new clutch and fly wheel and cam belt. It was checked out regularly every 3 months.
Due to various delays, we didn’t launch the company until late 2022, and the van only realised one full season in 2023 and had in that time around 6 hires.
Mileage since purchase is now just under 148000 and we have new MOT.
When we chose to form the hire company to me the aim was to make sure people didn’t have to bring anything apart from clothes.
So, the extras with this sale include a brand new Olpro Breeze drive away awning, ground sheet, inner tent and all the sundries. It also has a wild earth pull out awning, two chairs and all kitted out for 4 people with sets (4) plates, glasses, cutlery, pots,pans, bowls and sundries, so all you have to do is drive off.
We have fire extinguisher, windscreen blind, mains lead, warning triangles etc.
What’s the bad bits – well its 10 years old few small chips on body, and we have had to have one of the alloys welded last year due to a pot hole. New tyre was put on but the original was fine and is part of the sale.
So what’s the value – difficult to do with the extras but looking around we feel a sale price of
