Serviced and maintained by myself thoroughly, oil changed around every 6 months with recommended VW certified oil, filter changes every year or so, always kept clean and tidy, most importantly rust free.
Minimal issues on every MOT for the past 6 years since I’ve owned it.
The van has been in storage since last MOT pass in Jan.
The van has been sound deadened on all panels with silentcoat. Dodo mat foam on all panels + recycled plastic bottle insulation in every other void. Floor insulated with 20mm dodo mat 10mm ply subfloor, underlay and a tough wearing laminate. Walls are cladded with lightweight brushed pine and all internal metal has been carpet lined, units built with lightweight brushed Norwegian spruce, the cooker sits under fold down lid for extra counter space when not in use
3 large draws under the bed and 2 large draws in the rear unit where the electrics are wired.
Pots and pans drawer with spice rack.
All cable used in the conversion is high quality marine grade cable and all wired to a fuseboard.
